No matter what my personal ideologies are, I find it harder and harder to be proud of being a conservative.
Basically, Conservatives have sat on their hands the last few decades, noting the long, slow decline across western society, but doing little more than whining about it. But, hey, we did do some quality whining and virtue-signaling to each other over those years. The major reason I respected the Trump presidency, while previously having little respect for the man himself, was because he was a DOER, not a kvetcher, interested in measurable RESULTS for everyone… no matter their freaking skin color, sex organs or economic class, BTW.
And, Conservatives claim to stand in awe over the ultimate sacrifices so many soldiers paid for our freedoms, but then many sit by and do nothing more than whine about those we see pissing on their graves. Shit, some of us have ignorantly joined in on the pissing and seem poised to throw it all away, just because we are feeling bitchy about how things are going. So, I now say, ‘F*CK YOU’ to the cowardly little simps who just throw up their hands and say ‘F*ck Canada’… which directly means a big FU to all of our beloved sons, daughters, grandchildren, etc.. Only the lowest form of scumbag sucks up all the freedomy goodness of previous generations’ sacrifices then knowingly and guilt-free leaves little more than a smoking pile behind for their ancestors to suffer through. F*cking scumbags, every single one of you that is willing to do this. And, please, let me know if I wasn’t absolutely clear on this.

Just a small note, I believe it was William Wilberforce, the guy who got rid of slavery, who first argued against child prostitution. Before him, pedophilia was tolerated. I don’t think he is ever given credit for that.
