A criminal complaint obtained by Fox News shows that Roske is being charged with attempting to murder a United States Supreme Court Justice. He is scheduled to have a first appearance in federal court in Maryland Wednesday afternoon.
He told officers that he wanted “to give his life purpose” and purchased the gun and other items for the purpose of breaking into Kavanaugh’s home and killing the justice and then himself. Roske admitted in a second interview with the FBI of his intent to kill Kavanaugh and himself, according to an affidavit in support of the criminal complaint.

About Judge Scalia’s death,
A few years ago I googled it, and although it was hard to find any information, I did find that
– He was in a far away remote place, a sort of hotel or resort in the woods ( or something like that ) far from eyes and ears ( how convenient ) when he died in his room,
– The place was owned by a Democrat about whom it is hard to find any information…kind of shady…
– Scalia who usually had security with him ( conveniently) did not that time…
– The coroner did not go on site, she did everything over the phone from many miles away, ruled it some type of heart problem without ever looking at the body.
But I must be a conspiracy theorist to think it is very strange that Scalia’s death was treated by the coroner as if he was nothing more than an unimportant homeless man, but criminal drug addict Georges Floyd’s death got a full autopsy ( actually I think the family demanded a second one ) and was treated as if he was royalty.

Per a Pew study, a leftist is almost twice as likely to be suffering from mental illness when compared to a conservative. Additionally, open debate on the left has degraded into personal narcicism which leads to the concept of verbal debate being equivocated with physical violence.
When you have a significant number of narcicistic and mentally ill people who are not discouraged from that behavior (but encouraged) they will act out believing that there are no repercussions for their “Totally correct” position, and (in fact) someone saying something with which they disagree was already the first act of violence, and they rationalize that they are defending themselves.
