1) upon expiration of invocation of the act or within 15 days, whichever comes first, a judicial inquiry consisting of 3 Judges selected by the leader of the Opposition, must be empower to allow the examination of all documentation, including those covered by cabinet confidence.
2) upon a failure to pass the emergency enabling resolution in Parliament, or at the end of the emergency, the Prime Minister must resign from Parliament
3) the remaining government must explain themselves to the people in an election to be called immediately by the Governor General, in order to explain their actions in violating every Canadian’s rights and freedoms.
I like 2 and 3. I have no faith in judges or the “opposition”. Although I also have little faith in Canadians to do what is right at election time.

This is typical of the lies the RCMP will tell. An incident occurred here a few years back where the RCMP arrested a guy with extreme violence. The cops claimed the fellow had resisted arrest violently and distributed that version to the media. Unfortunately for the RCMP, a Reporter had heard their calls on the p/b radio and attended the scene complete with his video camera. His professionally shot video was indisputable, the RCMP were LYING egregiously about the incident.
The cop that had kicked the subdued suspect, who was on his knees with his hands cuffed behind him, right in the face soccer style, was eventually forced to resign for this and several other similar incidents that came to light. The suspect was eventually released with NO charges.
The police cannot be trusted, they are in full cover your ass mode, exacerbated by their “us versus them” attitude, “them” being the general public.
