  4. I have met two of these alpha wokes while walking in the ravine near home. The only place I have ever come across them. The first time was at the height of the Covid plague. Back when it was illegal to sit on a picnic bench. Few people went to the park. I went there to walk the dog. And there was alpha one. She was screaming that she hated white people.

    The second was just as the snow finished melting, this last March. I was told that smoking causes Climate Change.

    All three, the two I met, and this specimen, had that same look in their eye.

    I only meet these people in the park. For those of you who have to deal with them at work, or on a commute, you have my sympathy.

    1. Fenris – I did work with a 6′ 4″ trans woman engineer. She just did her (his?) job and never talked politics. The people you met sound like woke Karens. I haven’t met anyone that crazy but I have met educated people who believe children can decide their gender.

Having never truly gotten over seeing all those dots on Chrystia Freeland’s thighs while she modelled her white thigh high dress, I think the standard for being able to carry a tune should be a wee bit higher, lest I have this memory burned into my mind as well… there is after all, only so much room for this sort of thing in my mind.

    Guess we are just not comfortable with luxury,ease and peace..

    Times of Poverty are coming,caused by the actions of children born into Times of Plenty.
    Who will never blame their refusal to maintain what they were gifted,for its collapse..
    Civilization falls.
    And in Woke Speak,it will because our Grandparents did not design it properly..
    Never that we failed to contribute and sustain.
    Never that we chose insanity.

    Canadians show a level of passivity,tolerance and good cheer,that defies the label “Stupid”

    The support for the Truckers Protest,the amazing amounts of donated money,leads me to conclude Canadians still have faith in a better future..

    And with faith,you can move mountains.
    Without some kind of unifying belief,chaos and tribalism rise up real fast.
    What unifies us?
    Hatred of Ottawa and all who infest it?
    Are we the “Hill Tribes” of Canakistan,content to bicker and feud our lives away,only uniting,to destroy anyone who seeks to unite us?

    So what is that “faith” which I so lack?

Well, as Tulsi Gabbard so helpfully noted, at least they’ve now formalized their propaganda into a defined U.S. federal bureaucracy, so the rest of us can expend some of our logical ammo at a real target. Mebbe they’ll gather all the whackjobs together under that one umbrella, so Western Civ can “cancel” all of them simultaneously…
