    1. I don’t think there are any in the US or Canada. I know there is a rather large Lenin statue in Seattle. I’ve seen it. I think London has a Marx statue though.

  1. But Marx was, like, ironic and stuff!

Watching leftists form pretzels over this will be entertaining.

  2. Marx racist and anti-semitic is peanuts. Above all, he was Satanist. Who’s curious of details, just check the ‘poetry’ he wrote.
    For ex:

“Till heart’s bewitched, till senses reel:
With Satan I have struck my deal.
He chalks the signs, beats time for me,
I play the death march fast and free,”

    Or:

“The world which bulks between me and the Abyss,
I will smash to pieces with my enduring curses.
I’ll throw my arms around its harsh reality:
Embracing me, the world will dumbly pass away,
And then sink down to utter nothingness,
Perished, with no existence — that would be really living!”

But yeah, the legend goes that Marx was a good guy.

    1. There once was a man from Trier
      Who’s thinking was terribly queer
      He ranted and raved
      About a world so depraved
Yet a hundred million died from his idear

    1. The decidedly un-funny Marx Bro. … if you want to consider him the “Father of Communism”?

  3. It takes a special kind of amorality to consider Marx an icon, and a really special kind of idiocy to think his demented ravings bear any kind of relationship to reality, especially economic reality. Marxists should be held in the same contempt as Nazis, yet we let them teach psychopathic crap at universities, run corrupt unions in such an imbecilic way that even the Mafia is baffled by their stupidity, and screw up governments all over the West. The only good Marxist is a dead one.

    1. As Bob Dylan so clearly pointed out.

      “Idiot wind
Blowing every time you move your mouth
Blowing down the back roads headin’ south
      Idiot wind
Blowing every time you move your teeth
      You’re an idiot, babe
It’s a wonder that you still know how to breathe”

  4. So, you’re expecting a Marxist to be intellectually honest and consistent in their treatment of people?

    Good luck with that.

  5. Marx was a drunken wife-beater who never worked a day in his life. He was also a rabid racist, anti-Semite and all round total douchebag. Nonetheless, the left will never cancel Marx, as they share many of his proclivities, especially the racism, and besides, without his idiot ideas to provide their grievance-based worldview, they’d have to struggle mightily to find another flaky stupid theory to believe in.

  6. In the original communist manifesto, which you could get in the 1970s at any bookstore, marx advocated that women should be shared property and be workers, as well, when not pregnant.

A true man of the people and jagmeet’s religious philosophy plus others in turd’s cabinet and orbit.

    They are puddle scum.

    1. Another example of the ‘if they didn’t have double standards they wouldn’t have any at all’ concept.

The Left love to claim they are all about the Woman and how nasty Right Wing people want to make woman into ‘things’.

We had those small groups of Handmaiden’s Tale cosplayers who used to turn up to protest at Trump events by standing around assuming we call got the memo about who they were meant to be and what they stood for. The implication was that The Right and/or Trump would pass laws preventing woman from being alone in public, preventing them from exposing their faces, preventing them from owning property, preventing them from being anything other than breeders.

So… which religious groups cover their women? What do the Lesbians openly call women who choose to become mothers? Which side of politics is more likely to support a Dickborn over a natural woman when it comes to competitive sports? Which side of politics is more likely to openly diminish a woman’s right to simply be a woman?

      Double standards much?

The Left are all about the end objective. Who gets trampled on the path? No big deal.

  7. Another hidden in plain sight part of Marx is his entire base of class war struggle.

I think we all know the base principles. Those who do the work should rise up and take over the means of doing the work. Work places for the workers! Rise up! Etc Etc!

Firstly – in a Worker’s Paradise YOU are still JUST a worker.

Second – Marx describes struggle between workers and the owners. Which group is Marx and his little friends actually part of?

    Spoiler – NEITHER.

Marx sat on the sideline encouraging Workers to risk everything in order to take down Owners is a massive and destructive restructuring of society. Once that had successfully happened he was intending to step in and help run the new system cause he was a kind guy and willing to do that sort of hard work. (remember in a Worker’s Paradise YOU are still just a worker. Marx wasn’t planning to do any of the work, that was the job of workers). Being in charge would be a tough job but hey, he was willing to give it a try.

OR… the revolution would fail. The places of work would be destroyed and the workers starving. He didn’t own factories – no change for him. He didn’t work – no change for him.

Marx basically was a lazy prick attempting to manipulate groups he was not part of into destroying each other for his own improvement. Other people would do the revolting, he would rise up to lead them. The risk to him and his friends in the unnamed third social groups was minimal. If the revolution failed he could go back to being a lazy blight on society.

Marx was a selfish lazy prick who expected other people to accept his genius without actually being willing to physically do any work or take any risk.

    Deal with it.
