    You’re listening to adults which is in stark contrast to listening to 90% of MPs.

      1. Everyone here knows that the victory laps are still far down the road. There is a lot of work left to do. We’re not even close to being finished.

        International travel mandates are still in place.

        Trudeau and his cabinet are still unlawfully at large.

      Putin is serious about driving Nazis and their globalist pals out of Europe, and is happy to remove and replace any and all governments who refuse to acknowledge the Russian people’s right to exist and to prosper in their motherland—with nuclear weapons if it comes to that.

      Tonight he has begun to do just this.

      The globalists haven’t been this upset with the Russians since they liberated Auschwitz. The globalist “Ukrainians” understand that a liberated Lesser Russia has only one thing ti offer them—a fair trial. Their tears of impotent rage alone make this worthwhile.

      I DID NOT hear the FINTRAC changes triggered under the Emergency Act on February 14th, were rescinded. Ms. Freeland said only two days ago they were to be PERMANENT?

      Perhaps I am mistaken, but it seems that they got what they wanted, without the bother of parliamentary debate or oversight! That is why Trudeau revoked the Emergency Act today. Democratic processes take too much time!

Someone asked about amendments to the attendance policy, and his response was “We don’t vote for that, management is trying to trick us into coming in to work.”

    As I understand the time line first Castro’s Son invoked the act.
    Then he sent in his jackboots and trampled elderly women in front of the world.
    THEN – after delaying debate, a vote was passed in the lower house.
    Then it was due to go in front of the Senate before it would formally become law.
    Then we got the complete backflip, nothing to see here, normal has been returned.

    So, if I understand correctly, this was NEVER passed as actual Law.

    This was all a bit of ‘better to ask forgiveness then permission’ and the violence was never actually formally authorised under Canadian law.

    So… is this a good time to be a lawyer?

    2. That’s not my understanding. The law is stupid but it essentially gives PM a carte blanche. In the sense, that once it is invoked it is in effect. House and senate need to ratify it or strike it down. In the event it is struck down it stops being in effect. But until it is struck down it is in effect. The supposed rationale is that, because alleged emergency, there is no time to wait. The legal challenges that are being launched center on a claim (correct IMO) that there was no emergency in the first place. At least not a national one. So the question is whether Potato had a right to declare emergency not about legality of enforcement of emergency measures once the emergency was declared.

    3. No it’s a law.
      The paradox is that it’s a legal fiction that the government can disregard the charter and any other law when they perceive the country is in a state of insurrection. The means test is that they can demonstrate that the ability to address the “insurrection” can be done using the current laws and authority. They are required under this act to put it to a vote in Parliament and should they fail to do so inside of a specific time period* from the time the emergency is declared the authority of the act is withdrawn.
      The leisure suit has not demonstrated to parliament that all other avenues to disband the protest where used prior to invoking this act and for that he’s being getting some rather unflattering press from outlets that in 2015 where hailing him as the second coming of the woke Christ.

      This act by the way replaced the war measures act, which as its name implies, gave the government authority to place the country in a war footing should it be under attack or if attack be imminent.
      I guess when they created the Emergency act they thought removing the word “war” would make acceptable to use on our own when they get uppity.
      “No we aren’t declaring war on our political opponents, because it’s not called the war measures act, so all good k.”
      They got a list of names of political dissenters, so they got what they wanted, the act is no longer needed.
      Because if the revocation has been declared the freezing of assets shouldn’t need to take more than one phone call and done.
      All charges issued during the time the act was invoked must be rescinded.
      All properties seized, must be returned to the owner.
      All permits, licenses, and ownerships must be reissued without restrictions.
      Any fines, summons, and penalty issued while the emergency act was in effect must be deemed null and void.
      Due process was denied, during the invocation of the authority of the act, now that the powers have been revoked those actions are null and void.
      To the police on the front line, when will you realize you just got thrown under the bus ….. again?

      *I am of the understanding they have seven days to table the vote. So I’d appreciate a confirmation.

  12. Putin’s aim is to install a pro-Russian government like the one ousted in the Maidan revolution in 2014. Then he will no doubt have frequent and orchestrated leaks of documents dredged up to show all sorts of malfeasance by the globalists, whether these documents are real or simulated from what he thinks to be true, is probably beside the point since we can assume there will be a non-stop campaign of denial of the truth of these documents whether they exist or not.

    He played Zelensky like a fiddle, making it appear that he was just going to beef up the existing militias in Donetsk and Luhansk, possibly reinforce Crimea, I don’t think Zelensky thought his whole military was going to be put to the sword. It sounds to me like at least half of it is gone, and so will he and his entourage be gone, either captured and imprisoned, or out on a NATO emergency jet that they will hope is not shot down.

    By the way there is a sizeable chance that this spirals into world war three, because the globalists know better than us what secrets Putin could expose, and who knows how deep and sinister they will be? You can guess what might come out. Proof about the sex orgies, the COVID collaboration, the plans for digital currency (from Putin’s old foe Chrystia Freeland who was on a KGB watch list before the fall of the USSR and was on later lists of state enemies around 2014 when the former Russian puppet government fell in Kiev).

    This is going to be a huge, perhaps uncontainable, crisis. Get your **** together and stay away from military targets, I assume most of you don’t live in big cities anyway but in a nuclear exchange, it will be the obvious targets; of course Russia would lose but let’s suppose there is such a development, “winning” is only going to be slightly better than losing. And our elites have already told us we are not on the list of people they want around in the Really New World Order. Of course, the feeling is mutual.

  29. From the “if it isn’t meat why is meat in the name” department comes the forward guidance from Beyond Meat – reduced. Seems people don’t like pretend meat as much as they pretended. Also, Maple Leaf Foods didn’t make as much money as they said they would because people didn’t like their “taste like meat” products so they are “shifting focus”.
