Interview starts at the 3 minute mark. Well worth the listen.
The John Gormley Show- Protest and convoy organizers, and some others who have donated to the GoFundMe for the Freedom Convoy 2022, have had their bank accounts frozen under the Emergencies Act powers granted to financial institutions. Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland said the freezing of the accounts was justified to “follow the money” and cut off support for the illegal protests occupying Ottawa. Tom Korski, managing editor for Blacklock’s Reporter in Ottawa, joins Gormley to discuss what standard they are using to freeze these accounts, and why it’s so concerning to many observers.

Do not donate any money to any Canadian political party or candidate. Tell them that if they want a donation they need to take out the Emergencies Act because you don’t want to be on Trudeau’s political hit list for donating to those he disagrees with.
CTV reporting Trudeau set to revoke Emergencies Act.
He’s probably heard from the Senate government rep that it’s unlikely to pass muster there, and wants to get out ahead of any vote. He also doesn’t want a further debate on the motion brought forward by the Cons Monday night. And of course, multi-national condemnation probably hasn’t been pleasant for him to contemplate.
Damage control. {shrug}
Many in his own party allegedly lay the blame for all this nonsense squarely at his feet; IIRC, at least one source said that the sentiment amongst the rank-and-file MPs was that Trudeau was reaping what he sowed during the last election. Let’s see if the backbenchers push for a leadership review. (I’m not holding my breath on this one.)
Garth
And Trump’s new platform is here, so control of the narrative just got harder!
Or perhaps Freeland pulled the trigger on freezing accounts too soon and gave the game away:

“Justin Trudeau and Chrystia Freeland essentially broke the financial code of Omerta, by highlighting how easy it is for government to seize your bank accounts, credit cards, retirement accounts, insurance, mortgages, loan access and cut you off from money. Worse yet, the short-sighted Canadian government via Minister Freeland announced their ability to control cryptocurrency exchanges in their country and block access within a financial mechanism that exists almost entirely as an insurance policy and hedge against the exact actions the government was taking.”

Dictatorship over.
For now.
Is it April 1 already?

It’s because his handlers (Butts&co) watched the Senate debate and figured out that the vote will not go the way they want.
But it’s not over, this is no “hallelujah”. It’s just a never mind.
And dude is still a scumbag no pb.
Looks like the polling wasn’t good and possibly the senate told him they wouldn’t pass it.
Exactly!
Throwing lipstick on a pig as fast as he can.
China’s Ottawa Embassy , the Iranian president, and another South American dictator have already come out to say Canada has NO moral authority as to how they treat protesters and dissidents after this. LOL
Korski said what I’ve saying. Irregular parking was deemed terrorist action.
Now Jacinda’s reversing. Someone called the bat phone.
// Irregular parking
As euphemisms go that ranks with “legitimate political discourse” US
and “ambushed by a cake” UK and “peacekeeping force” RU
Speaking of ambush.

Getting the drift, yet?
Are the Mandates gone? Thought not.
Get your money out of Canadian banks. The Government can seize your accounts over illegal parking and peaceful protests. Why did the Banks not protest publicly they did not agree with the legality of Trudeau’s action. Why would you ever trust any Government again?
And I still ask, why were Calgary and Edmonton police (in uniform) on the police lines in Ottawa? Under whose authority? The Premier said Alberta did not support the Federal Government act. Someone needs to be fired.
What is the alternative to banks? Credit unions operate under similar rules so you’re not free there. Anything electronic can be shut down at the push of a button. Buying a whole whack of gift cards seems like the only option. Doesn’t seem practical to convert your RRSP to gift cards, though!
I quit working at shoprite to work online and with a little effort I easily bring in around $45 to 85 per/h. Without Ret a my doubt, this is the pay easiest and most financially HVIF rewarding job I’ve ever had. I actually started 6 months ago and this has totally
changed my life………… http://upwork24.tk/
Seems like Canadian Police in Ottawa mysteriously all forgot what their Code of Conduct was: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGRirDzv3Do&ab_channel=CanadianGirl
Tamara Lich has become Death – the Destroyer of opposition leaders, dictators, soon governments, police forces, judges, funding platforms, banking systems – presently domestic, but soon foreign.
Stay away from this lady.
The John Gormley show. In the past I listened to it often. So you have Singh there who is in fact part of the ruling government and it at no time occurs to ask why no one from the government would speak to the organizers of the protest. ( And make no mistake Singh is as much a part of the government as Trudeau) In fact you allude that the protesters are actually wing nuts with no clear agenda. In fact they were extremely specific with their concern. They were there because they did not want to be mandated to take the shot in order to keep there job. In no way was that addressed. The government that includes Singh instead of giving serious consideration to their concerns first chose to smear and shame them and when that didn’t work chose force. They escalated the situation at every opportunity. John ,you need to do better, much much better.
