6. If it’s to supplement, there is this thing out there in grocery stores call MILK. I likely was raised on canned evaporated milk diluted with water with a spoon or two of sugar added like most of the kids in pre-formula pre-refrigeration days. Straight from the boob is the best but to supplement or once in a while, milk is fine. If allergic to one milk, try another.
