  1. Imagine if he would go to Ottawa stand on truck and talk to country and world. Get every camera, phone on him. Tell Trudeau to come out and meet him. It would be a Bloris moment.

    1. I suggested here and directly to Peterson on his numerous comment boards that very thing about five days ago and drew the exact comparison to Yeltsin atop the tank moment. I guess Peterson chose NOT to “seize the day” after all. The speaking fees south of the border are just too hard to give up.

      1. To be honest Doug, given the hatred the Canadian media expresses towards Dr. Peterson, I can’t blame him for wanting to stay in a free society.
        I’m envious.
You see I’m part of the untermensch, and forbidden, not by law, but by illegal dictat, to leave or freely travel about my country.
But pile on the good doctor if you wish. I prefer not direct my anger at those who are not set against me.
If I had the means, I would leave and salt the earth behind me.

  2. I listened to this yesterday before I posted it in readers tips.
At around the ten minute mark, the conversation turns to the corrupt cbc, the anger in Peterson’s voice is very evident

    1. Yeah, I’m about a 1/2 hour in and Peterson is ripping many a new one, especially the CBC and Trudeau, himself. He is absolutely fired up.

An absolute joy to listen to.

  3. Peterson has said nothing that we already do not realize. You can’t get people to think these days no matter who gives them sensible reasonable advice.

  4. What amazes me most about this movement is that it is being done without a “leader figure” for disgruntled Canadians to get behind.

Honestly, I did not think this type of wide-spread rebellion was even possible without a prominent name to lead us. You can probably imagine how happy I am to be wrong on this one. My fellow Canadians have made me proud for the first time in many, many years.

What amazes me second-most, is how young Canadians have seemingly embraced this cause. This, more than any other factor, gives me some hope for our future…. ESPECIALLY when you consider the incredible power of the liberal propagandists in this country.

Dead on! It was damned emotional yesterday to feel the genuine gratitude pouring from the Ottawa crowd yesterday. An endless stream of folks knocking on our tractor cabs and shouting “thanks”. Cynical old me never thought this would happen in Canada.

      1. I take it from your comments that you are there on the front lines. I salute you, sir!

Please keep SDA up-to-date. Your first-hand commentary, as we are relying almost 100% on independent bloggers, is invaluable. I hope you have a comfy sleeper unit. Be safe, be proud and please pass on our undying support.

    2. It is important not to have one identifiable ring leader. The government and the media would quickly find a way to delegitimize them with lies.
This way they don’t have a target.
It’s always frustrating to go hunting when there is no game.

      1. “This way they don’t have a target.”

There have been a number of prescient comments on these boards about “playing whack a mole”. I agree. Never present the bastards a stationary target.

        1. “Never present the bastards a stationary target.”

I agree, and it’s a good reason Peterson should continue to stand back. He would be far too easily demonized and targeted; but as long as he stays in the background he can continue to influence and lend support. He has more value that way. The comparison was made to a Yeltsin moment; but recall that at the time, Yeltsin held a powerful political position already, and thus had the resources to defend himself from attack.

  5. We are watching a classic example of “The Penny Dropping”.
Forget “leaders”,if you need something important ,done properly, you do it yourself.
    Canada is beyond salvage.
Rewarding the criminals is well within the citizenry’s skill set..
Funny enough,a proper rewarding of our fools and bandits, may be the only thing to prevent this nation breaking up.
For how else could we restore trust in our fellow citizen?
