13. I have NO DOUBT that the NK Dictator would like to disarm every Western Nation of ALL their nuclear weapons. NK is probably the most-motivated country on the planet to remove nukes. So their section makes perfect sense … to the geniuses at the UN

14. As me pappy pointed out, if China and Russia kept this thing going, it’s because they had need of it.
