The problem with Melbourne and Australia in general like Canada, is the vast majority support the heavy handed government measures, as most have never been given the information to make an informed decision on the pandemic? or vaccines, due to the one-sided Pravda like news coverage. And unfortunately, even if they (majority) had this extra information, would still rely on authorities to interpret it.
    Our only saving grace is our close proximity to the US, and the geopolitical influence of this relationship. Otherwise, Canadian authorities would be doing the same thing. Shame on the Aussies, shame on us.
    And don’t think for one moment your friendly neighborhood police officer would not bash your head in, if given the order. Their livelihood, or your rights. Yeah, the clubs come out.
    This pandemic? has been eye opening, truly revealing about the society we created and live in, and the false reality it exposed.

    1. If I was the President of the United States, I would overfly Canada and drop 9mm pistols, AR-15 rifles and ammo from which the free and good people of Canada could grow a backbone and FIGHT for what truly belongs to them.

      Canada needs to permanently dismiss this obtuse government and the feudal ownership of the Crown, and the concept of the Constitutional Monarchy. Canada needs to be free. Canada needs to eliminate the entrenched socialist cowards and the malevolent malcontents currently running the show. Canada needs to become and independent Republic. A heavily armed independent Republic!

You thought the leftists you voted for were all about “love is love” … and supported; gay rights, indigenous rights, women s rights … trans rights. So you voted for them. But when push came to shove … they became the most anti-rights Fascist, Totalitarian governors since good ol’ Adolph.

    But you will vote for them again. Because they’re p-r-o-g-r-e-s-s-I-v-e … Because you couldn’t possibly vote for a conservative who tells you the truth, and then takes honest actions. A conservative who believes Freedom and Liberty are the FIRST principles of governance. Everyone’s Freedom. Everyone’s Liberty … not just those of special interest groups fighting for taxpayer dollars and “guilt” payments. You’ve been LIED to … and you bought it … hook line and sinker. Gobbled it all up, like a big codfish with tiny brains.

        PARLIAMENT is sovereign, and the British fought a very nasty and bloody civil war – back in the 1600s, and chopped the head off a King – in order to establish that principle.
        They then found that a Parliamentary Dictator, Oliver Cromwell, was as bad as the worst King.

        It’s called “seperation of powers” (Americans did not invent the idea, much as they’d have us believe that they invented everything) which legally prevents a simple Parliamentary majority from appointing itself to Government in perpetuity.
        PARLIAMENT selects.
        The CROWN appoints on behalf of the People. This is a COMMONWEALTH, so that IS the function of the Crown. The idea that the Nation is the personal property of the Monarch has been dead since Magna Carta, if it ever existed at all.

        So the problem here in Australia, is that we have Politicians and Judiciary who are clearly breaking the Law, and are not being punished for it at the ballot box.

    2. I hate it when people blame the victims. No one voted for this. Your stupid comment is exactly like “Well she knew wearing a short skirt would attract unwanted attention so she got what she deserved.” Blaming the victim gives you personal permission to stand back and do nothing.

    3. Repeal the 19th (or the Commonwealth equivalents). Women as a bloc will always vote for whomever promises them safety, security and comfort and they won’t care if the promises never materialize.

  5. I can’t stand the background music to these documentaries. I want to hear the words clearly not muffled. I stopped after 5 minutes.

    1. I have a hearing issue that means I have difficulty separating speech from background noise. A good 5.1 system that can separate tracks helps, as does subtitles; but truly most sound engineers do not know how to mix multi-track audio properly these days, or mix it for devices with varying numbers and quality of speakers.

      1. Daniel, a good set of headphones, not ear buds are very effective. I have a pair that I use when it is difficult to separate speech from other interference.

    2. L – Agreed, I’ve turned down the volume and closed capturing am reading the comments. The loud music has the effect of shadow banning an other good documentary.

      They should redo the sound mixing and replace it with a proper audio.

  6. Keep in mind that this documentary is not intended to fire up a revolution. It is intended to put in front of people who have been insulated from the reality by a complicit media, the reality.

    This is a multi-generational fight. We have got to this point by losing sight of what it took to create the freedoms that we have.

  7. The video well illustrates what awaits in the back halls of our own Parliament and yet most Canadians are too ignorant to understand. When a government elected by a consenting population enacts laws and rules that were never announced on their election platform they are not acting with consent and should therefore be forced to resign. Problem is that there is no one that can force them to resign. That is the reason the Democrats in America and the Liberals in Canada are so hell bent on gun control. Once you have removed the ability of the populace from enforcing a resignation for bad governance you have installed tyranny. The farce that has been passed off as government in Canada, for the last seventy or eighty years, is a prime example. The farce governing America today is the absolute nadir of self governing in a free and democratic country. Canada reached that point seven years ago. Americans will eventually reach this conclusion but there will be no coming back, just as there is no coming back from what has transpired in Australia. When a government removes the individual right to self-defence then the people are no longer free to elect and appoint representatives to govern them by consent. They are merely chattel to be used at tyranny’s whim. Welcome to the New World Order that we have been warning about these many years.

  8. I understand and appreciate that good people don’t want to resort to violence. BUT when the government takes your guns and starts to beat their citizenry, the gloves need to come off, fast and hard. If they send 100, counter with a 1000 and none of them leave intact. If they come with 1000, you retaliate with 10,000 – same rules of engagement. They missed the opportunity to deal with their own Nicolai Ceaucescu. He has become even more emboldened. I have nothing but respect for those that lost or left their government positions and are now trying to defeat the Premier at the ballot box. But I also realize that the Premier will do anything he deems necessary to preserve his power and will persecute his political enemies, and will stop at nothing because he is a narcissist. Logic and civility are lost on him.

  9. If you really want to see how badly we have been screwed get a copy of the BNA Act……read it then get a copy of PET’s abortion and read it. Then you will see how we got to where we are. I still think we should have become a Republic a long time ago.

    2. Under the BNA we were fee to do whatever we wanted to do unless there was a Law proscribing that activity. If a Law was in need of revision / update / abolishment this was accomplished through elected, accountable, representatives in Parliament. The Laws were written with great care and precision. Hence the phrase “the Letter of the Law” No ambiguity, no interpretation, no social construct. The Letter of the LAW, AS WRITTEN. Then came an arrogant, supercilious, pseudo intellectual and political dilettante who decided, in his infinite wisdom, to write, and enshrine in perpetuity, a document so all knowing, so all encompassing, covering all now and future changes to society, unto eternity. Now we have politically appointed black robed activists “interpreting” our so called laws. In 1968 Canada was the third wealthiest nation on earth, then that malevolent creature called Trudeau appeared and the descent began. And as an encore we now have an even more malevolent creature called Trudeau in power. Except this one is breathtakingly stupid and surrounded by individuals of the same ilk. Oh Canada, who stands on guard for thee.
