An online poll conducted by the staunchly left Guardian newspaper seeking nominations for “Person of the Year” has been turned off, sparking speculation it was shut down when author J.K. Rowling took the lead.
The poll was launched on December 15 and posed a simple question: “Who would be your 2021 person of the year, and why?” It can be found here.
What them folks need is a security fence.
Don’t know where else to post. I’ve just read that Ezra Levant’s mortgage proposal to buy a building in Calgary for his news organization has been denied. The RBC in Calgary approved everything but when they asked HO in Toronto for approval, they were denied.
Unfortunately I have no accounts with RBC myself, not even their Visa card, so I have nothing to cancel or accounts to move. This is diabolical. I have complained on a 1 800 number tonight and left my name and number. We will see if thet have the gonads to call me back tomorrow.

J K Rowling is a brave individual. She refuses to be canceled and refuses to grovel. Similar candidates are Kyle Rittenhouse, Dan Bongino (vaccinated man that said he would quit if his company fires any unvaccinated), James O’Keefe/ Project Veritas, and Ezra Levant/ Rebel News.
Elon Musk is changing our world with his rocket program. Not only is it successful, but he now has lots of competition from imitators like Bezos and Blue Origin. No longer are we reliant on sclerotic bureaucratic corporations.
Rowling deserves the recognition because her stance will encourage more women and men to push back at the Woke Feminist/ Trans/ LGBTEIEIO Insanity.

As I posted elsewhere, it’s not just that Rowling took the lead, it’s that Rowling’s taking the lead proves that their belief that the majority of people support this woke nonsense is mistaken. The majority of people still recognize the truth when they see it, and that’s what frightens and disheartens the Left. Their lying propaganda is no longer working.

I am encouraged by the guy who opened a “Let’s Go Brandon!” retail store. It was so successful he’s opening a whole chain of them, selling “Let’s Go Brandon!” merch all over supposedly deep blue New England. Money talks, bullsh*t walks.
