  1. Who still listens to what SJWs have to say?

Listening to SJW opinions is like staring long and hard at the skidmarks on the skivvies of the world …

        1. I’m not, but they are the people who make our laws, run the country and control all our institutions. So as stupid as it is they employ people equipped with guns and clubs to beat you into submission. If you don’t care now you will be made to in the future.

          1. I shall follow the example of the martyrs of our Holy Mother Church. A solid/stiff spine/backbone is a dreadful thing to waste.

The demons thrive on cowardice. It is mass disobedience that breaks them every time.

What are you waiting for? Stop listening. Stop obeying.

Every state is at the end, after all is said and done, a democracy. Enough people stop obeying, and their system grinds to a halt.

          1. Yes. You can and must. They are already pressed to the limit with firing unvaxxednstaff creating shortages leading to burnout.

If you wish to be free, you have to fight sometimes. This is one of those times. And rather than shipping off overseas to storm a beach in Normandy, in your country, in these times, you fight by ignoring them.

It’ll cost you. Fighting for freedom against fascism always does. Ask a WW2 vet. We got lucky. We face loss of retirement savings. Boo-bloody-hoo. They faced getting their faces shot away by shrapnel.

You a man, or a snivelling crybaby?

  2. My God in Heaven!!!!!!
    .
Click on the link in the story about the “authors”,and look at the pictures of the 2 God-damned
    *F R E A K S*
that penned this pile of crap.
You look at them, and you understand where their anti-Western hatred comes from, and it comes to them every time they look in a mirror!!!!

      1. For you quitters, maybe. In my circles life goes on as normal. Delete, mute, ignore. Very effective.

    1. I read their bios. Each has a PhD in musicology, so I’m going to hazard a guess both are devoid of any musical talent.

  3. During the early or mid-1990s, a “new” Messiah was recorded, called A Soulful Messiah or something like that. Basically, it took the same text that Handel used but used black music instead.

It appears to have come and gone without too many people noticing. I heard parts of it on CBC as I was a listener at the time and, no, I wasn’t impressed.

  4. I’d pay to watch the two oxygen thieves who wrote that spontaneously combust.

  5. “The Conversation” is all one way. All from the same direction. You all know which direction.

  6. All politically driven art is crap. Also noted that they mentioned that Handel invested in slave trade. 2021 might have been the last year of listening to a live Messiah performance.

  7. So?
Sing it out, belt out those tunes that most offend.
Add lyrics to be “inclusive” of these pathetic wastes of skin..
    Immortalize them in song.
    Song that mocks.
And the more off key and annoying..the better.
    Sid Vicious was right..
“God Save The Queen and her fascist regime”
And in homage to our Woke Wankers, follow it up with “No Future”.
    And ,of course,Frank Zappa.
Who wrote a whole series of songs devoted to persons of this nature.
After two years of Dread Covid Theatre..”The torture never stops”.
For we are suffering the rule of “Flakes”,who will never stop “helping us”.

Now I am unable to open the link, but why bother?
A wokerster is a waste of air.
They pick on Christmas, because they have been told that Christians are easy victims who “Turn the other cheek”.
Kinky Friedman’s “They ain’t making Jews like Jesus anymore”,is a good version of what they will eventually receive.

And for all the miserable perverts suffering through other peoples joy,one can only offer up Dr Hook and the Medicine Show singing “Freaker’s Ball”.
    Yep still Christmas.

  8. I can just see people lining up to the Centennial Concert Hall to listen to Stone Age vocalizing and incessant single-note drumming.

  9. I’m confused.

Isn’t it cultural appropriation for anyone without European heritage to play Handel or any of the instruments he wrote music for?

    Am I missing something?

  10. From the Foundling Museum website:
“The composer George Frideric Handel was one of the noted philanthropists of the eighteenth century, using his reputation as the leading composer to support charitable causes. He was a benefactor of the Foundling Hospital, Britain’s first home for abandoned and illegitimate babies, giving regular benefit performances of Messiah in the Hospital chapel to raise significant sums of money to support the children and making the Hospital a beneficiary of his will.”
    and
“On May 27th 1749 Handel gave his first benefit concert for the Foundling Hospital to raise funds for the completion of the Foundling Hospital Chapel building, an event so successful that he repeated it with an annual performance of Messiah for the rest of his life. ”

The first performance of Messiah raised money that freed 142 prisoners from debtor’s prison, a destination Handel himself was on the verge of inhabiting before this miracle of a composition rescued him from that fate.

Ignorance is not bliss. It is ugly, vicious and destructive. especially in the possession of those filled with resentment for their own miserable lives.

    1. But one allegation of engaging in slavery, even if the evidence for it is vague, will consign him to the dustbin of history forever, or so the left would like.

I’m not sure whether those people are consumed with hatred for western civilization, obsessed with self-loathing, or simply nihilistic, bored with themselves, life, and everything.

  11. Ballets, symphonies, plays, paintings and all the other complex art forms that came out of Africa and the Middle East are all so much better…

  12. Meanwhile, China has huge numbers of people learning, and mastering, classical music instead of disparaging it.
The difference between the Chinese and so-called “people of color”? I.Q. Lots of it.
The Chinese mindset is “We can take your best and do it better” By contrast, those who disparage classical composers know they can never surpass them.
