  1. Pick a lane.

This is why I click here daily.

    Thanks Kate.

    Now…..CBC…. Defend yourself. Please.

  2. Aren’t we all everything all the time now, whatever we want to be? I thought that was the norm these days.

    1. Nope, not if you’re a white guy. Especially a very old white guy. 😉

Personally, I’m identifying more and more as a rabid wolverine.

  3. The reason the CBC is all over the road is because they’re trying to read the map at the same time.
They probably have hourly meetings with advisors, pundits and Karens while crazed activists give last second directions to try and figure out where the fuck their inclusive bus is going.
Lotsa tears and anguish as they try to travel the white knuckle progressive highway.
Steep hills, narrow shoulders, missing guardrails and even some corduroy road.
Anything but Cancel Curve, but ultimately its a big dead end.
There isn’t enough money to pave the road of Grievance Industry Indians and you just can’t fill the pot hole that is mental illness.

  4. If you were born in Canada to legal Canadian parents, you are indigenous.

    What else could you be?

    1. Correct, something I have said for very long time. It is the definition of the word. Of course we are redefining words daily as the previous post with Bill Maher showed.
I also make a point of stating that no one who is younger than me has been here longer than me.

  5. It’s not the first time a university professor in Saskatchewan fibbed about credentials.

Some 20 years ago, the University of Regina got a black eye when it hired Lana Nguyen and it found out that she wasn’t all that she claimed to be. She had no background in engineering and tried passing off her ex-husband’s doctorate as her own. Look up her case.

  6. Shame CBC won’t allow comments.
I am sure they would be priceless.

I wonder how these idiots figure when to be outraged?
    And does anyone care?
    Besides we who mock them?

Damn right she can “self Identify as Metis” there is even a Supreme Court Ruling condoning such ..

Another outbreak of First World Problems?
Or just typical Libtards who believe they and only they control the language?

  7. Where is Dr. Mengele when you need him? It is extremely important to know racial origin in 2021 so we properly know who to hate.

  8. They are both demented fools. So is the CBC for presenting these articles, well, unless they are actually gaslighting us. But they wouldn’t do that, would they?

  9. Indian or not it was once perfectly acceptable to self identify as an Indian. Remember Grey Owl or Joseph Boyden.
In 1985 Bill C-31, the bill demanded by the SCC, amending the rules on who could call themselves a status Indian passed into law. At the stroke of a pen 117000 more Status Indians, those who had lost their status or never had it because a female in their past had married a man without status, were added to the registry. So if this one woman who even looks a bit native wants to call herself an Indian I don’t see much wrong with it.
