   These have tied up many containers waiting to be returned and filled again in this ‘just in time’ delivery supply chain.
   It’s made empty container prices go through the roof as well.

7. Creating shortages to instil panic. In Ontario a 10 kilo bag of flour is on sale at Metro for $8.77; $5 less than usual. Last year the shelves were empty for more than a month. Dial disinfectant gel-soap is also on sale along with masks and hand sanitizer. Are many of those cargo containers full of last year’s needs ? Has the Phantom Menace departed ?
