1. Luckily for the Europeans I have a solution. If you find your house is getting cold this winter and you cannot afford the cost to heat it, just open your windows and let some global warming into your house. Problem solved! You’re welcome.

3. It is unfortunate that the German election this weekend couldn’t be held on 1st Feb 2022

   Clearly this winter will be balmy with near record low heating/electrical bills.
   Perhaps move tax day to 28 Feb. and have all elections on 1. March …

   Who was it that said elections should always be held on the day after tax day in the USA? 16th of April forever!!!

      It’s a certain kind of stupid argument. Panels and turbines that require vast amounts of resources and energy to create and only work when the sun shines or there is wind. This and in twenty years to be torn down and land filled.

7. As I have warned many many eco leftists over the years, once faced with survival issues for ones family, nobody will give a damn about anything environmental.

   As for government central planning, once the wall came down we learned that the Soviet Union and the whole east bloc were ecological disasters, and we already know that China is.

   Only a free and prosperous people can afford the luxury of worrying about these things. Maybe that is the plan, make everyone poor serfs and nobody will see any problems in the environment.

    1. Coal use in the US has fallen 95 percent. Same as Canada. Coal is dead. Stone cold dead. It’s only use is as an emergency back up reserve. Other than that it is done.
