    1. If only Horgan could control the whole message, to ensure only NDP Groupthink was ever allowed to be published.
      What a sick, deprave blowhard.

      1. I don’t see why that would be the case. I think it is more a matter of priorities, O’Toole was foolish not to do this. I think it would have helped his numbers with many Conservatives who are teetering.

  1. This week President Houseplant (Bidensia F***tardia) recycled some of Little Barry’s most popular lies. Yes, 55 very profitable companies paid no tax. Never mind that they did so as a result of the tax code promulgated by Congress, a place where (Bidensia F***tardia) lurked for 45 years.

And by the way, the 1% are not paying their “fair share.” Although according to the most recent actual data (a form of information anathema to (Bidensia F***tardia) they paid 40% of US income tax.

  2. Latest AHS COVID statistics, which Alberta government and corrupt MSM don’t want you checking. Still nothing that supports lockdowns or restrictions.

    https://www.alberta.ca/stats/covid-19-alberta-statistics.htm#highlights
    https://www.alberta.ca/population-statistics.aspx

Total cases since this plandemic started: Approximately 260,000 or less than 6% of the Alberta population.
Current active cases. 19,901 or 0.4% of the Alberta population.
Deaths 2,523, which is 0.9% of total cases.

    1. The apartment complex I live in over-reacted again. First, the gym and pool are closed once again. Second, the rental office has cut its hours once more.

I’m not surprised at any of that. The manager’s is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Then again, she has no idea of what she’s doing, let alone what’s actually going on in the complex.

Meanwhile, everybody and his dog is running around with double secret probation face diapers on their faces.

      1. Elective surgeries are cancelled strictly to put pressure on the unvaccinated. ICU capacity can be increased. It is now an exercise in coercion nothing else. STFU.

  3. Deja Vu

And what could aid that Liberal victory?
    Mail-in ballots.

According to Nanos Research’s nightly tracking data conducted for CTV News and the Globe and Mail, which was released on Friday, those Canadians who plan to vote by mail-in ballot are four times more likely to vote for the Liberals than the Conservatives.

Nanos said they estimate that approximately 8 per cent of Canadians will vote by mail, or 1.2 million out of 15 million voters.
Nanos said if the mail-in votes are not fully tallied on election night, the Liberals should expect a marginally better result once they’re included in the final count.

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/beta.ctvnews.ca/national/politics/federal-election-2021/2021/9/17/1_5589452.html

    1. No doubt, Canada Post will manage to expedite those ballots, perhaps delivering more than were actually collected.

They’re never on strike when they need to be, are they?

      1. BAD and Liz: Isn’t it amazing? Their data analytics have figured out how many mail in ballots will go to the Liberals in terms of percentages and numbers. It’s almost as if Dominion Voting Systems (I presume) have given Nanos a heads-up so that there are no surprises on election night, sorry, a few days after the election: “ if the mail-in votes are not fully tallied on election night, the Liberals should expect a marginally better result once they’re included in the final count“.
Why can’t they tally the mail-in votes on election night? They can count the in-person votes on election night every time, but somehow not the mail-in ballots. I think the mail-in votes will only be counted late if the Liberals lose on election night. Then it will be “We have to wait for the mail in ballots” and suddenly they surge ahead over several days. Nanos will drag out this prediction as confirmation of the legitimacy when it is equally as likely to be a conviction of another Trudeau corruption. Remember that prediction, “vote by mail-in ballot are four times more likely to vote for the Liberals than the Conservatives”.

        Deja Vu? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vote_early_and_vote_often

        1. “I think the mail-in votes will only be counted late if the Liberals lose on election night.”
          BINGO!

  4. Dr. Zhivago arrives in CA … and now 4-families can inhabit your 1-home

    https://www.ocregister.com/2021/09/16/gov-newsom-abolishes-single-family-zoning-in-california/

The death of single family homes has come to CA. Elections … and even Recalls … have consequences. No. These are not scare stories. America is falling to the Bolsheviks. Starting with CA. Say goodbye to your beautiful, quiet, suburban neighborhood.

Single Family Zoning … GONE … in CA

      1. Colonialista: This law clearly discriminates against an identifiable group; men with penises too small to maintain a grip on the condom.

  5. Look, black America’s second most favourite president is talking about the Canadian election?

    https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/obama-endorses-trudeau-canadian-election-80060902

Why do I say second most favourite? Because if you believe that Joe Biden won the 2020 election then you’re accepting that 20-50% more black voters showed up to vote for Biden in key cities than voted for Obama. Your choice – but if you say that they loved Obama more then you’re an election conspiracy nut.

      1. My parents and their friends in the late 1960’s thought Pierre Trudeau was “light in the loafers”. And allegedly, the 3 wise men of Quebec (Jean Chretien, Jean Marchand and Pierre Lalonde) all told Pierre Trudeau that if he wanted to be Prime Minister, then he needed to get married ASAP and preferably to someone who was not too bright. In the 25-30 years after World War II, men who were NOT married and in the public eye, were assumed to be homosexual. They could rise to a certain level in business and politics (Pierre Trudeau became the Justice Minister in the late 1960’s) but could not be leaders.
Hence his supposed dalliances with female celebrities – they were “arm candy” only.

        1. In the early ’80s I had a Chinese politics and history professor at SFU in BC., Prof. Quo, who stated that, as a result of Pierre’s early visit to China, the Chinese government came to believe that Pierre was a homosexual. How they would have come to that conclusion may explain why Pierre was always so friendly to China, and why his son continues on the same path.

  6. A family/community email chain led to me receiving a link to https://canadahealthalliance.org/about-us/videos/

The second video down, Top Reasons Not to be Afraid of Covid, is a wonderful distillation (and re-enforcement) of much of the wisdom I’ve pickup up here over the last year. 11 minutes, much advised! (I’ll be looking at the other videos there too, but will leave further exploration to others. Apologies to others who have linked to them in the past, this is my first exposure to the site so previous links didn’t sell the “this is what they’re talking about” very well.

    1. Masters of the Obvious.

Freezing to death in the dark, while starving.

And leaving an eternal legacy of now broken (but always useless) wind turbines and solar farms.

  7. What the hell is Moe doing? He’s gone full dictator: Five days ago he signed an executive order that allows the government to confiscate your property, physically remove and relocate you, conscript people to “help”, control food and other prices, etc due to the Covid health emergency:
    https://pubsaskdev.blob.core.windows.net/pubsask-prod/129801/State%252Bof%252BEmergency%252BMO%252B%2528Sept%252B13-21%2529.pdf
There’s supposed to be a deadline, but unless I missed it, I can’t find it in this document.
The executive order is based on The Emergency Planning legislation which is intended for massive fires or some other short-term emergency, but it’s being repurposed now for covid — it was amended earlier this year and included new sections specifically for covid. Does this mean they’re planning that covid is forever?

  8. There were nice protest videos from Australia on Instagram, I know.

Large peaceful protests in Sydney. Melbourne was more action packed with violent police, stampeding crowds and a ‘cop’ trampled.

We barely know of the protests and what is going on in Canada. Parts of Australia could be in full blown rebellion and we wouldn’t know. That thought makes me happy.

    1. At first blush this seems pretty bad. A 20 times increase in uterine cancer in the good women from Idaho. All after taking vaccines. Pretty bad stuff. I have no doubt in the good doctors intentions and observations, but hold on. Something doesn’t seem quite right.

There are just over 891,000 women in Idaho. In 2019 about 250 of them had uterine cancer. A 20 fold increase in uterine cancer would make that cancer the largest one in Idaho women by far – well above breast, lung and colon (combined). So lets unpack the doctors observations here.

If you check around the various medical web-sites you get a general consensus about uterine cancer. It takes about 10 years to grow before a woman shows symptoms. By then the cancer is doubling in size at a rate of once every 100 days. Bleeding of the uterus (and vaginal discharge – yuck) is a major symptom – so women report to their doctor very quickly (on average). While more common in women over 50, who knows what these new vaccines are doing? But increasing the already exponential growth rate of a cancer from 10 years to 1 year? That seems very unlikely. Anyway we will know soon because Idaho is do to report its 2020 cases and women were already receiving the covid vaccines by then.

But how do you explain the good doctors observations? One possible answer is sampling theorem. If in 2019 you biopsied 10,000 women and 2 came back cancerous (which is close to the 2019 rate), the next year 40 women would have cancerous results. This will jump off the charts if true. But the more likely culprit is that only a few hundred to maybe a thousand women would get biopsies from their uterus taken each year (remember this is Idaho, small population, and biopsies would be taken every year) and because the absolute number of women whose biopsies test positive for cancer is so low to begin with that you don’t have enough biopsies in one year to make sense statistically. Remember these cancers take about 10 years to grow large enough to show symptoms.

I have my own theory which I call the theory of getting tested. Cancer is more common than we think. If the vaccines are causing temporary but harmless vaginal bleeding (is there such a thing?) then more women will get tested. More biopsies – more cancer.

      1. “But increasing the already exponential growth rate of a cancer from 10 years to 1 year”
I think the vax simply could have accelerated this type of cancer showing up. We know that for younger women there have been instances of heavier monthly bleeding related to the vax. Same for older women — or perhaps unexpected bleeding, so going in for a test and the cancer shows up. I think this is more or less what you are suggesting, but in my view, the unexpected bleeding is a concerning symptom.

        1. It isn’t just heavier flows, women on contraceptives that suppress flow entirely all of a sudden experience heavy flows after the shot.

  9. The handful of CBC viewers in downtown Toronto are excited about its new comedy show. It will feature a non binary, gender fluid main character.

  10. WARNING: Our deceptive MAINSTREAM MEDIA is pushing that Pfizer has changed the name of its current vaccination potion.
That is NOT TRUE OR ACCURATE, the booster that is currently in production has those names.
Our governments are trying to quietly sneak in the BOOSTERS by stating they have a different name.
    https://adarapress.com/2021/08/24/deception-alert-pfizer-vax-has-not-been-approved-fda-approved-a-new-similar-vaccine-from-biontech-which-is-not-yet-available-to-the-public-watch/

Beware of any injection that our governments are promoting for you.
It could be hazardous to your health!
They also were NOT APPROVED by the FDA.

    1. I don’t think you know what FDA approval means. Here is just one answer from their Q&A.

Q: How long does the drug approval process take?

A: The 1992 Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) established a two-tiered system – Standard Review and Priority Review.

Standard Review is applied to a drug that offers at most, only minor improvement over existing marketed therapies. The 2002 amendments to PDUFA set a 10 month goal for a standard review.

Priority Review designation is given to drugs that offer major advances in treatment, or provide a treatment where none existed. The goal for completing a Priority Review is six months.

For more information, please see PDUFA Performance Reports and Fast Track, Accelerated Approval and Priority Review.

      https://www.fda.gov/drugs/special-features/frequently-asked-questions-about-fda-drug-approval-process#4

FDA approval does not mean that a drug is harmless. FDA approval does not mean a long time trial.

  11. A Canadian voter. CBC interviews this morning, a woman who states she is voting for Trudeau because she doesn’t like O’Toole’s face.

    1. He needs a bag over his head and a yellow ‘smiley face’ decal and this Karen can vote for him!

  12. Strange bedfellows:

“From 1990 to 1993, while at the University of Calgary, his two-person team won the “best debating” category in the Inter-Collegiate Business Competition held at Queen’s University. The first two of those years, his debate partner was future Calgary mayor Naheed Nenshi.[17][18] He has subsequently accused Nenshi, who is Ismaili, of “anti-Christian bigotry” as mayor.”

    Who is “He”?

      1. OttawaMJ and Linda: Correct. Ezra and Nenshi were an unbeatable team but now despise each other it appears. Ezra is clearly the smarter of the two.

And Steve from Rockwood, I haven’t seen Kenny debate but if I needed someone quick on their feet to defend my values it would be Ezra. He’s a brilliant guy, even if he has a checkered past based on his debating partner choices, lol.

        1. To dream the impossible dream: Ezra and Jordan Peterson, as a team, in a primetime, televised debate against the top two individuals that Canadian leftists could produce.

But the reality is that there are no Canadian leftists that are willing to debate worthy opponents.

        2. I read Ezra Levant’s letters to the University of Alberta student newspaper The Gateway some 40 years ago. They were brilliantly crafted and presented.

          1. OttawaMJ – “the top two individuals that Canadian leftists could produce” – OK, who would that be, Gerald Butts and Mark Carney perhaps? Maybe they think Chrystia Freeland has a shot…

BAD – Ezra wrote to the Gateway 40 years ago? He’s 49 now. Maybe 30 years ago? I know he’s smart but…just checking friend. You have your facts right way more often than me… except when i use Google lol.

          2. PH:

Yeah, you’re right and I stand corrected.

I remember I was a grad student when I first heard of him and must have been thinking of when I was working on my first one when I wrote that comment.

Mind you, there was someone who wrote long letters to The Gateway 40 years ago and they were as well-reasoned as Ezra Levant’s commentaries.

    1. After ~ 1,000,000 miles in the air, I gave up commercial air travel in 2016. Totally, and completely. Airlines would use cattle prods on their clients, were they able to get away with it.

      1. I flew to and from my house for over 3 years, so I endured my share of abuse. There were times when the airline employees were almost as bad as the airport security staff.

  13. Erik Prince on Tucker. The Ramifications of the Fall of Afghanistan. Very serious Geopolitics about to kick into gear. Think the collapse of the British Empire and how their economy collapsed.
The USA could lose Reserve Currency Status. Which means no more Deficit Spending and huge cuts to Social Safety Net for Americans

  14. CBC News is reporting that Canadians who are isolating from the China virus are not allowed to vote this coming Monday. So much for voting and Charter rights.

  15. The claws of the panda have been shown to control the World Health Organization. Now it is revealed that they also have reached into the executive ranks of the World Bank:

” Some investors and campaigners expressed dismay on Friday at revelations that World Bank leaders pressured staff to boost China’s score in an influential report that ranks countries on how easy it is to do business there.

They also said the World Bank’s subsequent discontinuation of the “Doing Business” series of annual reports could make it harder for investors to assess where to put their money.

“The more I think about this, the worse it looks,” said Tim Ash at BlueBay Asset Management, adding that the reports published since 2003 had become important for banks and businesses around the world.”

    https://www.reuters.com/business/finance/bad-business-world-bank-china-rigging-scandal-rattles-investors-2021-09-17/

  16. I’ve been less than enthused about this election, and for the first time in my life I’m not going to vote. But I watched Mad Max’s interview with Peterson, and I got thinking about numbers: if 60% of those eligible to vote do, that’s about 15 million people voting. If 2% of those are PPC that’s about 300,000 people. If, once they got their ballots, they all took 10 minutes to actually mark them, that would chew up about 50,000 hours worth of voting time. Not illegal, not unethical, but man what a protest that could be. It would be like parking your car on the electoral freeway.

    Anyway, enjoy the commute.
