    1. As with all thing political … it’s a calculation. Here’s the formulae:

      Afghanistan fatigue + few Canadians impacted = move on, nothing to see here. Now, what about that ground penetrating radar and the dead Indigenous children!?

      The last 2 weeks of the campaign, as usual , Erin O’Toole himself will wonder if the Media isn’t right about his many, many failings; seeing as the Media will certainly be unanimous in their enmity.

      If that fails, just watch the Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver voting counts make Georgia and Pennsylvania look like they were counted by Yahweh himself.

    Question: If you’re in Afghanistan and not in any way connected with the military…what exactly are you doing there? With a bit of mental gymnastics I can kinda understand it if you’re visiting relatives, but even that’ll put you in my “What Were You Thinking?” folder.

  19. Last night BBC reported planes were leaving Kabul with 25 – 50 aboard. Who would know, and given the dire emergency of the moment the truth may be hard to determine. If it’s true….and people were left behind.
