  1. Okay folks. Somebody in SDA world can track this one. Supposedly, emphasis on supposedly, Dear Leader has been taking twice-monthly trips out to the coast, via government jet, to visit someone who’s not Sophie. For at least a year. Apparently he goes to Tofino. A premium subscription to FlightAware or FlightRadar24 would be a handy resource. Just sayin’.

      1. I am not up on pop stars. Can we get another clue? Actually, I don’t really care about what is happening in his sham marriage, but a private jet twice a month is disrespectful of taxpayers, to say nothing about it indicating hypocrisy regarding AGW.

    1. My guess… Hillary Clinton.
He had her personal number when the Afghanistan Crisis started.

      Ewwwww.
Just the thought creeps me out.

    2. His bodyguards spilled the beans on him a long time ago.
The press won’t touch that he’s an adulterer.
Most Canadian women voters wish they were his gravy boat.

      1. When stuff leaks out only insiders could know it tells us those working for him aren’t enamoured with him.
Because he is PM he requires top security and that includes using the private jet. If he wants to visit his bit on the side he gets his carcASS there on our dime.
With so many rumours flying about we might conclude his marriage is in trouble.

    3. Total speculation but my suspicion is he is visiting a child that resulted from his time as a teacher, possibly with a student.

  2. The song link: Yup. I’m amazed that a number of “public officials” haven’t been fragged in Arizona and Pennsylvania (and others, but they’re the first to look) on the basis of the neglect of the basic principles of a free society.

Well, until he got to the bit about “…playing along to a Springsteen song” I guess he hasn’t read that POS’s lyrics in “born in the USA”.

    1. Born in the USA was Springsteen’s commentary about how many Vietnam vets were treated by their country.

      1. Including what horrible people they were before they went there, or became? He’s talking about how horrible his “fellow citizens” are. My take is that he’s decrying that their intrinsic racism (and hatred of “lesser peoples”) caused so much evil around the world.

The more I hear about Springsteen, the less I like him.

Please correct me if I have this wrong, but as Rush Limbaugh noted, “if the press supports someone, be suspicious of them” (paraphrased).

        1. Including what horrible people they were before they went there, or became?

In the song, the main character was given a choice: jail or get drafted and serve in Vietnam.

He’s talking about how horrible his “fellow citizens” are.

I heard an interview CBC conducted with Springsteen about a year after the album was released. He was unhappy with how the returning VN vets were rejected by American society.

The protagonist in the song found that nobody wanted to hire him and felt desperate as a result, something many vets experienced. Springsteen felt that was an injustice to those who served.

I have to admit that the album Born in the USA is the only one of his that I have in my collection. It had some good songs and I understood all too well the sentiment of My Hometown, having been out of work throughout much of the 1980s.

Aside from that recording, I think he was overrated and he became quite unimpressive to me once I learned about his political leanings.

          1. You’re welcome.

Springsteen, as I recall, didn’t support the war. But he also didn’t believe that those who did the government’s bidding and served in SE Asia had to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune because of that.

    1. Even the dog wanted nothing to do with him.

The sad reality is that dogs do not get to choose their owners. If they did, they would do a much better job.

        1. Yup. It has a “please scratch me behind my ears” look and, if it was near me, I would gladly comply.

  3. I think Bonnie Hitler got a call from creepy pedophile eugenicist, Bill ( I got this t-shirt on pedophile Island) Gates and of course the anti christ turd nugget, George Sorass.
    Connect the dots.

    1. I noticed that Bonnie Hitler referred to co-ordinating the BC NDP fascism with a “federal vaccine passport” program thats in the works right now.
Sounds like that sociopathic globalist bitch knows something we don’t… the fix is in… these fascists are out of control.
Is the Turdhole Basic dictatorship going to impose a federal social credit score like the CCP does ? Clearly, yes.
Should that be an election issue maybe ?
How can this be legal ?
      This is fugging tyranny.

    2. My wife has booked a trip to Nova Scotia to see her sister. You would think she is going to a communist country with all the shit that she is required to produce to travel with in our own country , Fucking insanity rules. These insane bureaucrats have to taken under control and removed from society before they kill us all. Anyone out there who thinks this crap can stop a flu virus needs their head examined.

      1. And yet from Manitoba to Ontario by flight is fine.
My daughter came to visit for two weeks and had no restrictions whatsoever.
Just wear masks was all she required.

I think our little Dictators of Premiers love their new found authority of imposing shit that is unnecessary.

      2. My son is visiting from Edmonton. I am in Ottawa. No problems re booking and getting the flights. I think the bigger clampdown will happen after the September election.

      1. Someone needs to stand up and say no. Then if need be beat the living shit out of anyone who wants to control you. It will only stop when we all say no and if need be force the idiots who think they are going to die, to get onside.

    1. It’s now 55% in favour. Typical BCers want to hang themselves, but not before complaining that the noose isn’t snug enough.

    2. Gymbro really was right about everything. What was the point of any of this? I really don’t understand why they pretended to “open up” and are now going to lock us down again. It’s torture.

      1. It’s part of the process of mass indoctrination/psychosis supporting totalitarianism. It doesn’t operate in one but rather many cycles of fear and paranoia. At the end of each cycle there is an apparent return to the norm, but the norm is never as normal as the previous norm. Eventually, nearing the end of the cycles, the norm that is returned to has more fear and paranoia than the peak of the first cycle: mass psychosis is achieved.

The next cycle begins mid-sept, get ready….

        1. Frenchie77: YOU NAILED IT. ABSOLUTELY NAILED IT.

Sort of related: Robert Higgs’ seminal book, Crisis and Leviathan. Waves of Government expansion in which after every crisis and gubmint power ramp up, it declines somewhat after the crisis peak but never back down to the previous peak. IOW, a bull market in tyranny with corrections along the way.

          1. I wish I was wrong, I really do. However, wishing doesn’t make it so. The power hungry a&&holes pushing this shit are quite open in saying what they are doing, not really hiding anything anymore.

It’s not headline news of course, but they are attending meetings, giving speeches, etc and say quite clearly what they are doing and when. Of course, they too have weaknesses. Their biggest is their ego, they truly believe they can plan every aspect of life for everyone. For the odd person that doesn’t play according to their rules, they will simply bash out of existence.

But that is their weakness, their plan can only tolerate a little bit of chaos from unexpected players, just a smidgen. They can deal with 1 out of a 100 misbehaving, but not much more, certainly not 3 or 5 or 10 of 100.

            I aim to misbehave !

        2. And their coming for your pets next in the ‘fear propaganda program’.

“Your cat can get Covid from you so…”

          What. The. Fuck!

It was NPR. Goddammit! America’s ever-present, continuously preaching, massively woke, propaganda distribution system never sleeps.

    3. 70% in favour. These people don’t realize that they are really voting for the Government to be able to tell you to do whatever it wants. Whenever it wants you to do it.

Previous poll, 67% want federally mandated sick days, only disagreement is exactly how many days per year.
I was told earlier in the day that Calgary Flames, Stampeders, Hitmen were going to require proof of vax to get in. Guess my new favourite sports teams are in Tampa.
      Spit!

    4. Up to 70% in favor of the passport mandate.
I guess BC will be walking around with extra restrictions everywhere…

The other poll on who your gonna vote for the Conservatives decimated the Liberals 3 to 1.

    5. Way up to 70% yes now. I have been reading that it is the vaxed who are the new superspreaders. Too many people are frightened and think that the government can keep them safe. I think they are in for a rude awakening.

    6. And suddenly, they pulled the poll.
Castanet always leaves a poll running at least for a full day. This one was deleted in a mere few hours. It was quickly going the wrong way when I last checked.
Over 70,000 votes, which is a huge number for Castanet.
I suspect that a wave of “no” came in.

      1. Editors note: The results of this poll were compromised by malicious bots, adding false votes to both the ‘yes’ and ‘no’ sides in large numbers, causing the results to swing by wide margins from initially in favour of the measures, to opposed, to back in favour.
Our tech team spent hours mitigating the situation on Monday night, but after they went to bed, a new wave of bots compromised the poll. Castanet is working on a solution to protect the integrity of our polls in the future.

  4. How 1960s Mouse Utopias Led to Grim Predictions for Future of Humanity

Many [female rats] were unable to carry pregnancy to full term or to survive delivery of their litters if they did. An even greater number, after successfully giving birth, fell short in their maternal functions. Among the males the behavior disturbances ranged from sexual deviation to cannibalism and from frenetic overactivity to a pathological withdrawal from which individuals would emerge to eat,

  5. I never, ever thought that i would say this in my life.
    Canada can learn from Russia.

Russia has its act together in looking for, and producing, and selling oil and gas big time.
The Vostok Oil Project is an Arctic area with an est 53 bil bbls of oil which will easily produce 2 mil bbls/day in full operation.
It is compared to the Alaskan North Slope area and it will match or surpass what shale oil did for the US.
It will also have a 770 km pipeline to China.

    https://oilprice.com/Energy/Crude-Oil/Who-Will-Fund-Russias-Answer-To-US-Shale.html

Now compare that get up and go get ’em attitude with Canada’s PM ‘Head stuck in Dark Spot’ Trudeau who has written off or even penalizes future oil and gas production. He is determined to be the dumbest PM this country will ever see.
If Western Canada wants a prosperous future with sane adults running their country, then we better start voting for the candidates that want it also.

While the greenies want to live in Trudeau’s fictitious Evergreen Land, the hard fact is that oil and gas are going to be around decades to come.
In fact, even California had to swallow their pride and start building natgas power plants because of their green energy shortages.

Vote early and vote often. Like the Libcomms do.

I’m at my house in Fort St. John right now. Earlier today, I saw my first Maverick Party campaign sign. Mind you, the incumbent, a PCer, might just win. Prince George-Peace River is quite a large riding:

      https://www.pgprnr.ca/about_our_riding

    2. MAVERICK is the only option on the table.
The REST can kiss my (_i_).

Finally something worth voting FOR….as opposed to against.

    1. Watcher..

Not a fan of the Quebecois….but the TRUE French have Cojonnes..!!
That we would see Our farmers do similar…?? would be something to behold – preferrably in Ottawa.

  6. I have an updated listings of the horrendous amount of armaments that Afghanistan Joe and Heels Up Harris has allowed the Taliban to confiscate.

    1. Kinda whats wrong with the whole CF Procurement program. Instead of buying proven weapons, planes, ships, tanks etc.
Canada has this weird idea that everything has to be made in Canada. So that Canadian Greasy Pawed Thieves Can Get some of the graft. It all has to be redesigned in 2 Official Languages.
And made to work no matter what the manufacturer says. Because somebody in Canada owns a company that is probably connected politically and kicking back to the Political Parties.
The simplest thing like buy a Browning M2 50 cal off the shelf, becomes a 20 year odyssey of graft and greasing of palms operation.
Look at the replacement program for the .303 for the Inuit Ranger program.
Took years of dinners and trips and greasing of Bureaucratic Assholes to replace the .303 with basically a hunting rifle, that can be pretty much bought off the shelf.
People need to examine who is getting the contracts and who they are connected too.

      1. Yep the Ranger rifles cost $5,000 per copy for a Sako hunting rifle that retailed for just over $1,000. I suspect if one bought 5,000 of them directly from Sako they would have been a lot cheaper, maybe $600. Instead they were made under license in Canada by Colt for $5,000 each. Ain’t military procurement fun.

      2. Many years ago, I was involved with the design of military hardware and everything had to conform to an applicable standard.

While it’s easy to criticize $1000 hammers, there’s a reason for them being so expensive. Those products and components have to be tested in order to be comply with the aforementioned standards and be certified as such. One reason for that is reliability. If a hammer suddenly breaks out in the field, replacements are hard to come by. They shouldn’t injure whoever is using them as medical attention is often unavailable.

Still, it often seemed absurd that a part that had to meet some MIL-STD couldn’t simply be replaced by something that was commercially available and had years, if not decades, of proven reliability and durability and cost a lot less.

  7. Brodie Fenlon, the CBC News editor-in-chief, boasts about how much the CBC detests white males, and how the corrupt news agency is doing its best ridding itself of these inferior human beings:
    https://www.cbc.ca/news/editorsblog/editors-note-diversity-update-1.6150424

What is interesting though is the data tables (scroll down past his pc verbiage). One large category is “unknown”, where, as Mr. Fenlon writes, for one reason or another respondents did not write down what race they are. One wonders why that is? The result is that the data in the tables are garbage, with such a large unknown component.

    1. It was said about Teddy Roosevelt that he liked being the centre of attention. He wanted to be the bride at every wedding and the corpse at every funeral.

But TR was smart and noble. He was a politician and, more than that, a leader.

Prinz Dummkopf, too, likes being the centre of attention but he falls well short of Roosevelt’s standard.

  8. In all my time in the military, I have seen a lot of bad purchases. It seems nothing has changed. Toronto Sun reports that hundreds of new machine guns had to be returned to the company in Kitchener, because they were defective.

  9. Bummer. Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts has died. RIP Charlie, you brought much joy to many.

  10. Freedom has a price, and it is not taking a poison vaccine because the government says so. The price is blood, as an American Founding Father said, The tree of liberty has to be watered at times with the blood of patriots and tyrants. I guess Canadians are not smart enough to understand just what that means.

    1. Soon time to show the Tyrants the wall. And that means start locally. Know Your Tyrant, Know where they live, know where they sleep.

    1. And yet the word “vaccine” keeps being used. It is not, was not , and never will be a vaccine.

    2. He was great — a good reminder of what American men once were. His words were heartfelt, and his message is important. It is great to see this push back against tyranny.

  11. Just so you have access to the actual documents on the US FDA website. There have been a few edited versions of the FDA approval for the Pfizer poison jab floating around. Yes the EUA was extended for those under 16 years of age. For 16 and over the poison jab is approved.

    https://www.fda.gov/coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19/comirnaty-and-pfizer-biontech-covid-19-vaccine

This is not an endorsement in any way shape or form. Getting the jab is a personal decision. No one has the legal or moral right to mandate a person to inject a foreign substance into his body. Coercion by shutting you out of daily activities for not taking the jab is also illegal. Keep in mind that bureaucrats write laws for politicians to approve with no intention of applying said laws to themselves.

    1. I have just posted a link below suggesting that there is something fishy about this approval. It seems they have approved a product that does not exist– or at least is in short supply. Why does Pfizer rename its product just as they are seeking final approval?

  12. What the heck is this? The FDA seems to be muddying the waters with the latest Pfizer approval:
    https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/mainstream-media-fda-approval-pfizer-vaccine/?utm_source=salsa&eType=EmailBlastContent&eId=f34e5fbf-195c-4ff7-b4db-8f5b98964da7

The jab that they got approval for under a new name does not seem to have the same liability protection as vaccines. So I suspect thry won’t be delivering a lot of this particular product. I get the feeling they are not being totally honest.

  13. The Second Coming
    BY WILLIAM BUTLER YEATS
Turning and turning in the widening gyre
    The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
    Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
    The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
    Are full of passionate intensity.

    Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: somewhere in sands of the desert
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?
