  1. If not divine justice (which it may have been), then at least poetic justice.

  2. Perfect title, very first thing I thought when I saw it this morning.
It was shameful the way his funeral was handled and presented…a painting of him with angel wings over his casket…I don’t know…I was never able to forget the fact he once held a pregnant woman hostage and threatened to shoot her in the stomach…not very angel wings worthy IMO

What are the odds of this bulls eye though?

    1. And all others were denied funerals for their loved ones. How many funerals did he have?

  3. Heh, it’s been written that God works in mysterious ways.
    As it appears, he does.

Perhaps it could be attributed to something else, though somehow it does seem mysterious.

  4. Remember, the same people who say George Floyd was a saint are suggesting you get vaccinated.

Do they only lie half the time? Go ahead, bet your life on it.

  5. KARMA or God….it don’t matter..!!
    PRICELESS…!!!

Placing that worthless sack of Drug Addled Criminal Filth on a pedestal was and remains one of the most disgusting things I’ve seen in my life.

  6. It’s about time we heard from God regarding all this nonsense. Hopefully he will not disappear on us. There is more work to be done.

  7. A life turned to rubble
A mural of that life turned to rubble

    Perfect! Art follows Life

    1. Speaking of art, here’s a link to an all but unknown Aerosmith gem from the forgotten « Rock in a hard place » album when the band had splintered with Tyler and 2 replacement guitarists…I give you Lightning Strikes

      1. Nice. I liked everything EXCEPT Steven Tyler’s attempt at a low register growling lyric. Not natural. He’s only good when screaming like a little girl … 🙂

  8. Idolizing a waste of skin says something about a culture. It’s almost as telling as wearing a Che Guevara shirt which is self-incriminating as either ignorance or evil.

    1. Fo Sho. Why we neber be see’n black lightnin’? Why all dem lightnin’ picures only sho dat white lightnin’?

      1. And would the song from the musical “Grease”, Greased Lightning be an homage to lightning in blackface?

    1. There’s something in the background engine that sometimes does that. One of my emails accounts because blacklisted (totally unable to be used for verification), and I asked Kate about it. She couldn’t even see fresh posts that I had tried to make in order to approve them. I still sometimes have posts that disappear without a trace (usually a fresh news link) but I’m pretty sure it isn’t anyone in the posting group here that’s doing it.

Unless you said something really vile (which would be out of character from what I’ve seen you post in the past).

  9. Job 38
33“Do you know the ordinances of the heavens,
Or fix their rule over the earth?

34“Can you lift up your voice to the clouds,
So that an abundance of water may cover you?

35“Can you send forth lightnings that they may go
And say to you, ‘Here we are’?

36“Who has put wisdom in the innermost being,
Or has given understanding to the mind?

  10. I don’t know for sure, but I would think that any parent watching their child die from cancer would call that an absolute fucking waste of a divine intervention.

Of all the evil and suffering currently going on in this world, THIS is where almighty GOD decides to step in and take ‘action’? Please, grow up.

    1. Excellent point, C.O!
Pretty random ‘Thou Shalt Not…” retribution. Floyd’s already toast; frying the mural seems a tad excessive. 😉

    2. CO, I agree, but being an atheist, I am enjoying the irony. Also, for those BLM thugs that do believe in there being a god, they are probably looking over their shoulders very frequently.
