One is Worse than Zero

Why? Because that means it didn’t spread. Now the governments lockdown loving apparatchik’s got some ‘splaning to do.   The Western Standard;

Alberta Health Services said they have found one COVID-19 case they can “directly” link to the No More Lockdowns Rodeo.  The rodeo was held on the May 1 long weekend near Bowden and drew more than 4,000 people over the two-day event.

  1. If they can only find ONE, then they cannot claim that it had anything to do with the rodeo. Using a vague timeline to state “directly linked to the rodeo event” sounds to me like they are desperate to not be proven wrong.

Not that a government institution would ever mislead or lie to us.

  2. There has to be at least two cases for there to be any linkage. One case means no linkage.

The medical profession everywhere has sunk into functional professional illiteracy.

    1. “The medical profession everywhere has sunk into functional professional illiteracy.”

      You spelled ‘LIARS’ wrong.
What? After murdering babies with abortion and oldsters with euthanasia at both ends of the life cycle we’re supposed to pretend that they can be trusted on the middle part? Pshaw.

        1. No need, NME666.
I’ve reevaluated Covid and decided that it’s entirely a political hoax whose purpose was to ruin the Trump economy and unseat him as President of the United States.
You can go back to your pastime of picking through other people’s garbage and detritus.

        2. Hey Enema69, did your mail order bride from Wuhan got back to you yet?

    2. One cases means one test hyped to the max cycles so the common cold shows up as a positive. Lies are still lies.

      1. OWG

        My thoughts exactly…
….and that is the GOLD Standard for keeping the CHARADE up of “Cases Cases Cases” all based on a Fucking LIE – All to CEMENT their Globalist NAZI overlords’ desires….

      2. But Dr. Hinshaw said the testing protocol used by Alberta Health does indeed differentiate between Covid-19 and the common cold/flu bugs. Must be a world’s first.

  3. What are the odds that the 1 out of 4000 positive case was one the journalists or other bystander who was not an attendee or participant at the rodeo? The people who were there to support the anti-lockdown rodeo are unlikely to get tested but journalists and government officials looking to protect the narrative have a solid incentive make sure there’s a covid positive case.

    1. Nope. There must have been ONE Mexican cowboy at the event. Probably a poultry processor in his full time job.

    2. The ‘case’ was probably one of the cops that they sent to intimidate the attendees.

  4. One case from a faulty PCR test where 95% are false positives, non infectious with the Ct used. Just another one of their lies.

  5. Lockdowns cause the disease to spread. It’s pretty freaking simple to understand. The disease spreads with close contact and when you lock people in their homes… close together… what do you get?

    1. Well, so far we don’t get houses full of dead people because it ain’t that bad, unless of course you are my age or older, then it is a definite maybe.

  6. Ha. ONE case. And you know these govt eunuchs were desperate to go to their sycophantic media pals with 4000 cases. If there were 20 cases the pearl clutching would be on global et al 24/7 and Shae Gannam would have a case of the vapors on air.

It looks like rodeos are the safest place to be. (Well from covid anyway)

  7. Remember Sturgis last year? How the lefties SCREAMED that it would be a “super-spreader” event?
And what ended up being the case was the incidence of Covid amongst Sturgis attendees was slightly lower than the national average.

    1. “How the lefties SCREAMED that it would be a “super-spreader” event?”

Lefties screamed that all of the Trump rallies were “super spreader” events too.
Last week the CDC stated that there wasn’t one single documented proven outdoor Covid transmission case anywhere in the U.S.

  8. Who was the culprit, one of the bulls?
I go to Foothills once a month. Whole lotta questions, nonononono. Never been tested. For over a year.

    1. Good on you…LOL.

yea, go to anyplace in Alberta with anything even approaching medicinal needs / requirements..?? and its 10 questions. Costco for example for glasses….Surprised actually that Drug Stores aren’t doing the same.

I too have not been tested..& for What reason.??
The Seasonal flu..? I wont for the same damned reason I wont take the (regular), “flu” shot either. Its no better than the Globalist FILTH being pushed on us. Actually I’m thinking that CovSars2 PCR testing is directly linked to all those who did in fact take the “flu snot”….a Primer so to speak.??

(Never underestimate the patience of those NAZI’s who would eliminate 3/4 of the planetary population)

      1. Try getting on a plane. One has to answer a battery of questions before boarding. It reminded me of the quiz the knights were given in the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

    2. That’s interesting, because Alberta Health is really pushing rapid testing to the point of offering test kits free of charge to businesses who feel the need to test their staff regularly.

  9. Lets start with Dr Hinshaw, Kenney and the rest of Govt that just cant let up on the fearmongering.
Dont you find it rather “strange” that 2 days before Alberta was supposed to become ” open” BOOM -AHS found over 2,000 “cases”.
    FIRE THEM ALL.

    1. Yup. We “open up” to more lockdowns.

It’s like teasing a housepet by holding a treat just out of its reach. The poor beast strains to get it and, just as it gets close, one moves it just a bit further away.

  10. “Q: How many cycles are used in the amplification process, and what is the cut-off threshold for determining a positive result?

A: The number of amplification cycles required to determine whether a COVID-19 sample is positive generally ranges from 15 to 35 cycles, but the threshold is dependent on many factors specific to each test platform, the equipment being used, as well as the quality of the samples being tested.”
