The newspapers do the same — only publish comments, letters that reflect the narrative. I just sent a letter to the Ottawa Citizen taking issue with an ambiguous piece about wearing masks outdoors. Masks are not needed outdoors. Also, it never seems to occur to these people that prople who do not have Covid are not transmitting. It is symptomatic prople that are the spreaders. If you have cold symptoms, stay home. Other people should be allowed to do things outside and without masks. We’ll see if my letter gets published, but I doubt it.

Burton, everyday I see dozens of people driving their cars alone, walking alone, cycling alone and they’re wearing masks. That has quickly become the “new normal” just like wearing your mask outside.
