The naked truth…

Liberal MP caught naked during House of Commons video conference

William Amos, who has represented the Quebec riding of Pontiac since 2015, appeared on the screens of his fellow members of Parliament completely naked Wednesday,

A screenshot obtained by The Canadian Press shows him standing between the Quebec and Canadian flags, his private parts hidden, in what appears to be his office.

  1. Is a member of a party member also a party member?

On the positive side we know he has nothing to hide (except maybe in his prison wallet).

  2. No surprise that a Liberal would expose his shortcomings like this.

H/T David Niven. Live. When the Oscar broadcast some years ago was streaked

    1. Being caught in flagrante or with one’s hand in the till has seldom affected a Liberal politician. Think back to Francis Fox. Think back to the Gerda Munsinger scandal.

Yup, the Liberal Party of Canada: paragons of virtue.

“Mr. Thpeaker, contherning the member in quethtion, I’ww deaw with him in an appropriate manner. I’ww eithew make him a cabinet minithter ow a Thenator.”

  3. Please put a warning on the asterix. What the hell is a Claude Debellefeuille? Looks weird even for Quebec.

How do these people manage to get elected? I want a representative that is acquainted with reality.

On the plus side, I got to see a great quote on the profile of @DrVonKulak:
“It is terrible to contemplate how few politicians are hanged.
    ~G.K. Chesterton”

    1. There is an asterisk beside that URL because the member in question had only one a** to risk?

          1. I don’t think the member in questions likes being the butt of our jokes.

You can’t make this stuff up!

            (“Two cheeky”….. clever!)

  4. How exactly does he unlock his phone?!
That man has the true measure of a cabinet member.
Picturing everyone naked while public speaking…wait, what’s the rule?
In the annals of the Trudeau government, not that bad… Did you see how I was careful to spellcheck annals.
Never, EVER, buy a used parliamentary office chair.
Seems a bit cold in Ontario today.

Thank goodness it wasn’t Sunday brunch question period.

  5. A Liberal and Quebec, that means his career will soar in the minds of lefties everywhere. Bill Clinton, Jack Kennedy, I would list more, but I am already swallowing back vomit.

  6. That’s not fair. In this era, where anything goes, we get a doctored photo? Why can’t we even get a full and clear photo of his Carlos Danger accoutrements? We have to judge –so we can comment. So, no comment. Zilch.

  7. Oh, ha ha.
    This is a joke?
Beyond trite satire. Well beyond, at this latter time.
This is a sick travesty, and we just observe and try to outdo each other with witticisms.
I guess they win, eh, kids?
Carry on….make more cheeky jokes, then go lay down.

  8. L – Will international/U.S. media pick up this story, as another example of Trudeau government
persecution of Christians, incompetence, corruption and/or lunatics running the asylum on
    the Rideau?

Making fun of the Trudeau government distracts from anything that Stumblin’ Joe might be up to or alternately should be doing, if he was able. International news needs some goofy item
to lighten up serious news casts.

I’d wager in China, the 9 million members of the C.C.P. have been e-mailed this news story
by Xi. See what the ‘Little Potato’s government is made up of, *tubers just like him .

*(may be pronounced as Toobers, as in CNN)

  9. Both of my parents were born and raised in Pontiac county, Mom in Shawville and Dad in Quyon.
The majority of my(adopted) ancestral family still lives there. They’re interesting people.
Shawville is a ScotsIrish stronghold and Quyon is solid Quebecois. I haven’t visited there since Shawville’s 200 year centennial back in 1973.

  10. Since only a portion of the video was released, one has to ask, is the member in good standing?
