I have an evil plan brewing in my RADICAL right wing brain.
I am going to lease my current home in the upper, upper, middle class, lillywhite (and Asian) neighborhood (with multiple yard signs on my block that proclaim the residents therein “believe” that: Black lives matter, Love is Love, science is settled, and all genders are equal) … to TWO Black families. TWO Black families because my 3,000 sq ft home is TOO BIG for a single family (the State of CA is about to abolish all single family zoning). And the TWO Black families should be headed by single black mothers with at least two children each, receiving Section 8 housing assistance (guaranteeing my rent payment) along with all other Federal and State Aid for dependent children. Single Black mothers who have a constantly changing revolving door of “questionable” boyfriends who supply drugs in exchange for sex (which will be heard throughout the neighborhood through my old 2×4 walls).
Yes, I’d like to run my own REAL WORLD experiment to challenge the leftist embrace of “critical race theory”. My hypothesis is that … as with most such theories … the REALITY of them totally BITE … and that those leftist neighbors would be the FIRST ones complaining to me – the landlord.
Make sure you have a huge insurance policy on the place as they try to destroy each other in your house.

Your Asian neighbors might be especially appreciative. BTW, have any of them explained to you how they shot up the ‘oppression ladder’ so damn quickly? They went from being considered “double-white” to being called “victims of racist whitey” in a matter of weeks.
My small, EXPENSVE cul de sac (I couldn’t afford to buy-in today) of about 25 homes includes 4 homes of Chinese, 2 of Koreans, and 1 “I’m not sure” Asian … 7 of 25 Asians. Yeah … the Asians are doing VERY, VERY, well indeed … and they are choosing “exclusive” Suburbia … among US whiteys. And guess what!? None of the Asians have BLM stickers in their windows … or would EVER commit a Jussie Smallett FAKE Asian HATE crime. Yes … that would all change under my scenario.
Of course I’d never carry out my little “critical race theory” TEST. I already know how my hypocrite white leftist neighbors would react. And I would never subject my Asian neighbors to the inevitable violent Hate crimes perpetrated by their new black neighbors. Sorry … statistical truths are stubborn things.
