    If cows contribute a significant amount to greenhouse warming, and people do as well, and we’ve had about 0.3 degrees of warming in the last 120 years (is that even statistically significant?…it’s not. And generously assuming that even any of that 0.3 degrees has anything to do with humans or cows…no science to prove that yet even) then I’d say we have very little to worry about. Other than the governments of the world taking away our freedom of course.

    Come to think of it, anyone else seeing any sort of a pattern here?

    I think the only real scientific conclusion we can form is that there are an awful lot of gullible, stupid people on the planet and they will be our demise.

    Might be time to bring back Mcarthyism.

    1. Basically they now have what are supposed to be highly scientific yet expensive studies that prove two things.
      Thing one – you can fool a majority every once in a while.
      Thing two – you can fool a gullible minority consistently.

    2. I can see the pattern johnboy, but I’m thinking it’s the other end of the cow that is the real problem. Perhaps they will invent a “gas filter” for that other end. The biggest problem will be disposal of the bovine excrement from such a filtration system. There again, the reality is, this is all a load of bullshit anyway. Can someone perhaps invent diapers for cows?

  12. Shows you how stupid journalists are today. With a little research rather than spouting the narrative if you convert Methane ( a Greenhouse gas) into CO2 and water vapour, these are both greenhouse gases too.

    Th latest craze the journalists are promoting is to use clean burning Hydrogen in vehicles etc…. as the exhaust is pure water vapour.

    I wonder how long it will be when the environmentalists will realize that water vapour is the earth’s largest greenhouse gas. All any journalist has to do is look it up on google. Once the world spends hundreds of Trillions of dollars converting to Hydrogen will they start a lobby to eliminate Hydrogen too. Never ends.

    By the way I looked up satellite pics of the arctic and there is one hell of a lot of ice there. According to Gore the arctic was to be ice free in 2000. Didn’t happen.

      Journalists live in a fantasy world of their own. Rather than report on the facts or timeline of an event most of their time is spent shaping the facts to fit the narrative. I was reading an article in the farm press about the decline in demand for ethanol blended gasoline. If travel is discouraged or as in some areas forbidden because of lockdowns you would think that would be 1 fact too large to ignore. No, the article went to great length to explain the reason for the lack of demand is companies are adopting no-commute work places and electric vehicles are the wave of the future.
      None of that is true. They just wish it was true and we all know the old line ‘if wishes were horses beggars would ride’

    Our betters are trying to make masks mandatory everywhere. I’m wondering if there’ll be a progression to goggles, ear muffs, plugs for other areas, and then the full shroud…

    I have an alternative, though: the Dalek casing!!! Works just great for all concerns, though stairs will have to go…

  16. Based on past history, eventually, once the bovine problem is solved, don’t hold your breath) some bright spark will want to put masks and filters on both ends of humans as well. About a hundred years from now, we’ll all be contained in some kind of giant methane filtering warehouse just to save the planet Hey, a new idea, why don’t we put giant plugs in all orifices of every human and animal out there. After that, we can start plugging those foul spewing volcanoes. Of course by then, we’ll all have floated off the planet as the internal methane pressures build up inside us.

    All of the above, makes about as much sense as filtering the cow burps. Jeez, you can’t fix stupid, but I’m beginning to think that stupid is also a virus, and a bullshit load of people are getting infected.

    The plains bison, that these leftist people claim numbered in the 100’s of millions before the white man arrived, belched methane. Bison also had the tree line beaten back as far North as High Level. By decimating this species, we saved Mother Gaia from apocalyptic damage.
    Why are they not crowing about that? Instead these same idiots condemn us for eliminating bison and simultaneously condemn us for cows.
