  1. But,”The Science” TM..
The grifters are facing lean times, they have stolen almost all the OPM and them Other People are starting to see where their money went.
When times are good, such theft is tolerated by far too many tax payers..
But when the OPM is all gone, them tax payers finally start to get a little bitter and twisted.
For the grifters and their elected comrades have created hard times..
As a proponent of Retribution,I say “Let the good times roll”.

  2. Ever look at it this way? All these countries that are slashing their own necks in the name of “going green”, and “Net Zero”, you would think that there would be an aggressive effort (and I mean VERY aggressive) to discover a valid form of “alternative” energy in every one of those countries. It would seem such an effort would be a given. However, I don’t see it. Windmills, solar panels, hydro-electric, same old same old…and not sufficient to achieve a “Net Zero” goal. So, in addition to the self-imposed restrictions, there is a stagnancy of pursuing anything that could re-establish a countrywide recovery.

Now, for argument’s sake, suppose some guy up in Thunder Bay working in his heated garage discovers a revolutionary and overly efficient renewable energy. Something amazing, innovative, and holding the potential to revolutionize transportation, industry and the like. What happens next?

Well, first the Federal Government steals the patent using eminent domain (for the good of the people). That’s a given regardless of the country. Let’s say Canada has this amazing new innovative energy source. Do they sell it to the rest of the world? Do they give it away to the rest of the world? Does the Canadian Government use it in trade negotiations as leverage? Does that facet of the “Climate Change” movement that could care less about the climate, but cares everything about controlling the populations interject and try and stifle the use of the new form of energy?

I just think the whole thing would be entertaining, and likely infuriating. I hope I get to see it happen.

    1. First Solar panel was demonstrated in 1883 at 1-2% efficiency, we now are getting close to the theoretical limit which is in the 30% range.
First Electric Wind Turbine was demonstrated in 1883 at the Vienna International Electrical Exhibition.
First HydroElectric power plant was build in 1882.
First Nuclear fission Plant was 1951.
First Nuclear Fusion plant has been 10 years away for all of my lifetime, and tomorrow it still will be.

We’ve made steps in efficiency, and made better materials, but still have the same physical limitations in generating electricity.

Canada’s first Electric Automobile, the Featherstonhaugh was in 1893, maybe the Carney Circus can bring it back and sell it to the world.

  3. It still boils down to kickbacks for the politicians and bureaucrats. The reasons for spending mass amounts of taxpayer money are simply cooked up to feed a gullible electorate.
