It doesn’t take much conspiratorial thinking to make the connection that the institutional left, now dominant in the culture and global structures, takes the opportunity to use the fear, hysteria, and political obfuscation surrounding the Chicom virus as a test to determine how much tolerance for, or how little resistance there is to authoritarian control on levels unseen in the west during peace time for the globalist green agendas to follow. The Davos crowd wants to be relevant and what better way than to utilize the powers of the state and global governance in that pursuit. Lets call it the trial balloon for world (green theocracy) communism. These lockdowns certainly demonstrate the failures of central planning, but whether or not that connection is attainable to the masses is questionable.

      They want to be relevant to only to themselves. We, the great unwashed, don’t matter to them aside from providing them the goods and services that they have become accustomed to. Most of us are seen as breathing the air and taking in the sunshine that they, and they alone, are entitled to by virtue of birth, social status, political influence, and wealth.

  2. It is not a conspiracy theory when the authors are bragging about their plan years ago. In January 2018, I received the following email as part of a “Happy 2018” thread from high school classmates, which actually references a global economic reset. At the time, I thought it crazy talk, but now I am not so sure, as while the talk is crazy, it does seem to be happening.

    “The house is wonderful but the build was a hands-on experience of everything wrong with the financial system
    at the consumer level. [name redacted] and I turned into economic activists and threw in with like-minded others from all over everywhere, sued a big bank, wrote polemic to see if international bears might be poked, and
    got ourselves noticed as researchers and writers by the UN NGO that was designing the economic framework that came to support the 2015 Paris Agreement (which has a lot to do with authentic global economic recovery, but not the talking-head-at-the-Fed kind).

    From the work I’ve been doing for the past five years, I can confirm that we’ll start to realize a postcolonial world of fairness and equity starting in 2018. Heads-up, people: a global economic reset and a new global gold standard are actually arriving. In service of a new, truly ethical mandate to support the 2015 UN Sustainable Development Goals,
    the Bretton Woods institutions (especially the UN and WBG) are being reconfigured from within. This is not the dreaded new world order manifesting. The agenda is to alter the course of global economics to meet the basic requirements for living of everyone on the planet. Seriously. The mechanism for this plan is the just completed
    re-leveraging of historical financial assets that have been diverted solely to big economies and big governments since the end of WWII. A funding structure has been developed for projects at every level from national to local (loans for big infrastructure projects and grants for community initiatives and for sectors that don’t conventionally generate
    profits). It’s independent of governments and will be offered via a series of new national foundations.”

    If I do get a 2021 Happy New Year email from this class member as part of the email chain, I will take the opportunity to announce that with the destruction of the hospitality sector, I have decided to change careers and grow hemp for rope and would like to know if any member of the class knows of a lamppost magnate whom I can approach with my decorative ideas.

    1. You are correct Ed, it is neither a conspiracy or a theory, when it is happening and has been discussed and developed right in front of us.

  4. It doesn’t even require a “conspiracy” when every single “institution” is reading from the same script. When some deep State bureaucrat functionary makes a totalitarian leftist decree … EVERY last sycophant in the media, government, and ignorant, willingly enslaved public … follow along in lock step. Cancel Thanksgiving “for our own good” … well OF COURSE you will … not because of YOU … but think of grandpa. Right? And now the ICU’s are FULL? Well, of course, CANCEL Christmas! Not only does the leftist Deep state get to extend their control of people’s lives … they get to CANCEL American and Christian culture. They “conspire” to convert every citizen to the One-World Order … in EVERYTHING they do.

    And my next prediction? These same deep state haters of Constitutional Rights will allow New Years Day celebrations to take place … citing public “cooperation” with the Christmas shut downs. Why? Because New Years celebrations aren’t particularly ‘American’ and are totally secular. Hence; approved by the deep state co-conspirators. Our government is being run the same way the Academy Awards are doled-out … in accordance with the approved ‘narrative’. Pro-LGBTQq, Pro-whites are racist, Pro-women are oppressed, Pro-Communism, Pro-Christian HATE, etc.

    The speed with which the US Constitution has been set-aside because of this “Health Emergency” has shocked even THIS cynic. It bespeaks a preplanned suspension of the US Constitution and a preplanned ‘reset’ of our entire FREE culture and governance. Not even an outsider like PDJT could withstand the universal call for submission to The State.

    PS … I loved her description of the pandemic hysteria as equivalent to Munchausens by Proxy. Brilliant!

  5. L-British Liberty spread as a light across the world, and it’s torch struggles to remain lit in the land of it’s birth. They achieved self-government, responsible government through centuries of uprisings, rebellions, civil wars and even a Glorious Revolution. The responsibility of the leader, even for monarchs, has been to serve, (e.i. the story of King Alfred, the Great) is an archetype of humility, an idea of Biblical proportions.

    Free speech, open debate in Parliament, in the House of the Commoners, in the streets and Hyde Parks of the land. Where all ideas can be challenged, bad ones defeated in fair debate, open verbal warfare. Thus unmasked and seen for what they are. Bad ideas die instead of people. The tyrannical ones are always seeking to reverse that. First the Freedoms of a Free People are banished to the Gulag. Soon followed by the people who dare to believe in them.

    Self-government requires citizens to remind the government to answer the question: To whom are you responsible? To whom do you answer? And to answer correctly !

  6. What is the sense of baiting the left if we’re not going to do anything when the trap is full? (to overflowing) Ed has the right idea so lets all go out and decorate ALL the lamp posts.

      So allowing them to crowd into the traps of logic and reason,is a sure and relentless way to let them solve the problem they have become.
      A person so blind to their own flaws,yet relentless in the efforts to “correct” all the flaws they perceive in others,is a menace to peace and enjoyment of life.
      Until you start to amuse yourself, “helping them”.
      For every Social Justice Super Hero needs a straight man.
