Elvis Costello bought a copy at the Vancouver Airport, and wrote the song inspired by the title. One of my friends was a co-worker (in his other job) with the clerk that sold him that copy, so I’ve always known this. But I must say, it’s nice to able to share it.

         Most Canadians with a decent job have a health plan. Typically government health insurance doesn’t cover dental and most drugs except for low income people. Private insurance would also cover glasses and a few other things.
