         1. Problem is, most TV stations are not owned my the MSM. They are owned by others, that are “affiliates” that just carry the programming from the MSM (ABC, NBC, CBS etc). Cable stations (CNN, FOX) don’t broadcast, so have no licenses.
            Facebook, YouTube etc. have no licenses.

            You don’t need a license to run a website, or sell programming on cable.

            Controlling these companies is not easy.
