The simple solution Starts with the Judicial system… The Tort Law encourages fraudulent Claims that are “Staged” and Billions of Tax Dollars are paid out to the Corrupt Judges & Lawyers… The City & State also are rewarded for their quick settlements…The police are set-up now and any change will never work… The Change has to take place @ the Judicial level & then the Streets will return to normal

    The Fraudulent Baltimore riots got the Family of Freddie MILLIONS & Federal money to rebuild the Burnt out City. The Police officers where Found Innocent of any crime.. I am sure they got Civil Settlements….The Tort lawyers are the remnants of Organized Crime…. Trillions of dollars are wasted
