    1. Had a neighbor in Montreal, back when bombs in mail boxes were all the rage. You’d hear them go off a few blocks away at night. The older brother used to keep telling me to go home to Tronna. I told him home was next door. A real Frenchie separtiste, hard ass. I hung out with his younger brother who filled me in on all the angst of Kaybec, taught me to swear properly in Frenglish. He was a veteran of “The Priests”, as he put it. The French Catholic school system. We got along great. We explored the docks and ships on our bikes. At 17 he joined the Navy and got out of town. Never saw him at home again. I joined the merchant marine after college, at 20. Two years before the mast. Blankette is one of those loud mouths you’d hear in a bar after a few too many, in some of the ports of call we made on the St. Lawrence. Like an old French woman, or as my buddy at the time called “une veille vache”.

        As for Elizabeth May she should retire. She’s been free loading her whole life. What’s her comment about Michael Moore’s latest production? Cat got her tongue on that one?

          Was it really 55 years ago when de Gaulle said that? The Canadians missed their chance to give Quebec its “freedom” and form its own country. It would have festered when Canada prospered.
          And now Quebec no longer wants its “freedom” because it has enslaved the rest of Canada.

        I made friends with an Henglish Refugee who grew up in Montreal. As a young man after work he would stop in his neighborhood bar.
        One such night they came for him. While his Fwench friends sat with their backs to him.
        The 7-8 Fwench Separatiste thugs worked him with a cue ball in a sock. He was too stupid to stay down being Scots/Irish and kept getting up and trying to fight. His own mother did not recognize him. His teeth were gone, many scars you get the picture.

    1. I’m surprised but he’s wrong about one thing. “All center fire weapons are restricted to a 5 round magazine.” That is false. Many pistol caliber carbines have 10 round magazines. You can own semi-auto shotguns with external magazines that have higher capacities than 5. Neither are restricted weapons.

    2. The lecture by the judge is reminiscent of the show trials in Communist China where the person is beaten/battered/threatened into admitting and apologizing for the crimes committed upon the state prior to being sent away for reeducation or disappearance. The lady is courageous. I hope that the state apparatus doesn’t fall upon her such as “child protection services” services investigating and apprehending (kidnapping) her children using their uncontrolled power of the laws. Really shameful.

  14. Alberta’s chief medical officer announced the province will investigate the meat packing plants over the outbreaks of the chicom virus. They want to try and figure out why the virus numbers are so high in the plants.

    They can’t bring themselves to admit the ethnic makeup of the workers might be the first place to start. This seems to be the common denominator in all the plants on both sides of the border.

    Density in the plants and at home lends itself to easy transmission. Today it was suggested on a Calgary radio station that one group of over 20 workers are housed under one roof. The same people travel to work in packed vehicles. Many of their wives work in the extended care industry.

    Sure, check out the plants for culpability but let’s look at an obvious marker common to every meat plant.

    1. Yes, maybe all new Temporary immigrants need hygiene training and cheap business owners need to be put out of business.

    2. They should hire workers from India. I am being facetious, but is anyone paying attention to the fact that with 1.3 billion people they only have about 1800 Covid deaths. What is going on. If nothing else, health authorities should be looking at India to determine what makes them immune.

    3. I posted this several years back and was always called racist.
      I knew a business owner, who owned the local A&W he used the Temporary Foreign Workers program. It is a huge scam as every Federal Program pretty much is or becomes. He brought them in with assistance of the Feds, they get tax payer healthcare and assoc. benefits, he pays them less wages. And he buys a house or two to warehouse them. And deducts the rent out of their wages. That is the reality.
      In small towns like our local town the Alberta kids by and large still have a work ethic. Contrary to the MSM Propaganda that nobody wants to work those jobs. It was one of the few places that local kids got their first jobs.
      This Temporary Foreign Worker program brought in by Harper needs to end.
      Those Canadians that have been educated to think they are too good to work, can quickly be reeducated by cutting off benefits they feel they are entitled too.
      If it is safe and legal you have no excuse for not doing a day’s work. And damn well do it until you get a better job or more education.

She explains that right wing, racist, Christians and Hindus are persecuting peace loving muslims, simply because they want to have loudspeakers blare calls to prayer across the city. And these racists have the nerve to say negative things about Great Leader Kim Sung Trudeau.

    Shouldn’t governments enact legislation that calls for full and complete recycling of windmills and solar panels?

    Windmill concrete bases should be removed to at least 1 m below ground level. All windmill owners should post bonds to provide for removal of this environmental liability.

    2. That was very good. Thanks. It’s long, but you only have view to about 33 min to get the gist. CBC is manipulative and has an agenda. Looks like part of that Agenda is going to bat for the Chinese Communist Party. It would be good to have more information about the agenda behind their attack on Epoch. Was Katie Telford issued instructions to have the CBC do this? Does the CCP have their own people at the CBC, such that the CBC was easily duped into doing this?     1. I was looking at ordering a printer online. In one week, the price jumped $20. It was not an expensive printer, so that was significant. I think all the free money is having an impact and contributing to inflation and a plummeting dollar.

      1. Linda – it could have more to do with all this on-line learning and working from home. There was a fair bit of quick realigning of computers amongst our family to accommodate the increased at-home use.

    2. It occurred to me that since he’s not really performing his duties of office while he’s shut in, will he qualify for his own federal bailout money? After all, he’s a Liberal and is, therefore, entitled to his entitlements.

The journalists approved by the prime minister’s office asked him about more money and resources for Quebec. Discussion on Canadians being racist bastards towards employees at meat packing plants in Alberta. Question on a mask dispute with his favourite dictatorship China. He refused to say anything negative about China. And of course a question begging for more money for journalism.

    We seem to be protecting China and the WHO from scrutiny. Why? Other countries are asking important questions and want an investigation of WHO.
    Combine that with Joseph’s link to a video about the CBC attack on Epoch Times.
    Combine that with the Chinese Ambassador complimenting Canada on not pointing fingers at China, not blocking flights from China, helping fund the Whuhan lab. sending tons of protective equipment to China from our own stockpile of emergency equipment for a pandemic. Something is definitely going on, and it looks suspiciously like the Liberals are somehow being controlled by the CCP. I very much suspect that Liberals were given money by the CCP and it is payback time. If yes, it is also treason.
