The major point of the Trump EO is to provide legal protections for the Companies, so their employees cannot sue them if they catch the virus.
My question is:
Are the workers getting infected at work, or are they getting infected outside of work? How many are illegals living a dozen to a small house, or four or five to an apartment? In Minnesota, there are dozens that work at the packing plants that became infected, but there were hundreds of others in the same county that are also infected (Minnesota doesn’t break down infection data past the county level). How many celebrated Holy Week together in groups, and did that kick off the outbreaks?
One would think that the Wuhan virus spreads outside of the packing plants and is brought in by the infected individuals.

Anecdote: I have seen one corona patient get huge symptomatic relief in two (2) hours with hydroxychloroquine. Early in the onset, not hospitalized, followup chest x-ray was read as clear by radiologist, patient made a full recovery. It took about two weeks.
Went from labored breathing to free breathing in two hours. Bang. Breathing issues did not return. That was some impressive result.
That person is pretty important to me personally, so I thank Donald Trump for mentioning hydroxychloroquine, and I thank the doctor who risked censure to prescribe it. Possibly saved that person’s life, definitely saved a bad hospital stay.

In Italy, China bought several textile factories, and had direct flights from Wuhan so workers could get to Italy to work.
