Thanks Watcher. I read this piece. Two years ago Trump started blocking the appointment of judges to the WTO and soon they won’t have enough for a quorum to hear and decide cases. This is brilliant. It’s back to “the law of the jungle”… where countries get to decide how they will trade with other countries other than being told by the WTO.
