You will be made to EAT your CAR, and be scolded by the Judge to stop abusing it, then claim “defects”

This is pretty clearly a test case. I think AG Yost understands very well that Elon Musk is a Silicon Valley scam artist, and had no realistic expectation of ever getting a “defect-free” vehicle when he bought the Tesla. His real plan is to indict Elon for fraud when the “defect-free” Tesla doesn’t materialize.

One can only hope. I’d say that 220 mile range claim is absolutely unobtainable… fraudulent … esp. during an Ohio winter. Go get em!

perhaps the legal sector bigwigs are acting thus now to head off huge numbers of time consuming lawsuits.
