Sanders is an unapologetic authoritarian ideological zealot devoted to making the US a more socialist and fascist monstrosity while the Spawn is an entitled sophomoric pathetic poseur thoroughly corrupted by power and arrogance who generally relies on scripting by his zealous buddy Butts. Both are protected and cheered on by that part of the institutional left masquerading as journalists.
“taking lessons from Trudeau?”
Zoolander has to pay the media to say good things about him while having little to no competition on the Left.
Sanders looks to be having competition and until Bernie is the Democrat candidate for 2020, he can’t pay more than his competitors.
IF Sanders is chosen for the Democrat candidate, all of the American media except Fox will be touting Bernie for Free.
That said, the very idea of anyone taking any lessons for anything including drama acting from Zoolander, is milk-out-the-nose LOL.

Of course it may have been an upscale eatery where the portions were small, memory eludes…
joke: A String walks into a bar with a few friends and orders a beer. The bartender says, “I’m sorry, but we don’t serve Strings here.”
The String leaves the Pub, ties himself in a loop and messes up the top of his hair. String walks back into the bar and orders a beer.
Bartender squints at him and says, “Hey, aren’t you a String I rejected earlier?”
The String says, “No, I’m a Frayed Knot.”
The print and broadcast media, in the capitalist world, never had any real objective beyond selling women crap they didn’t need and their husbands didn’t want—whether it was off-the-peg clothing that fell apart after a few washes or the latest expensive and harmful social engineering scheme (voted for by the wife and daughter, paid for by the husband and father). There has never been a red cent to be made speaking truth to power.
Guess what? Both corporations and governments have figured out that social media is far more effective than print or broadcast media at convincing women to spend or vote as required, if only because so many women spend every spare waking moment online. That’s why all the ad dollars have moved to Facebook and Google.
The mainstream media have outlived their usefulness as a propaganda tool. What did they expect from their masters? Gratitude?
“…when newsrooms are hollowed out, overall costs to taxpayers rise, because there are fewer reporters scrutinizing government transactions.”
Well, yes, of course. That’s why no effort is spared to put conservative media out of business—to make it easier for globalist-controlled governments to squander money and for its leaders to operate above the law.
The buggy whip factories are failing in droves, in large part driven by the greed of the automobile companies. When I am president, I will bring in legislation to require all cars and trucks to carry buggy whips. Further, I will outlaw the closing of buggy whip factories and require their immediate unionization if they are not yet unionized. And all buggy whip factory takeovers must first be approved by my administration.
Sure, the 1st amendment guarantees the freedom to manufacture buggy whips, and some might see my policies in violation of this. But we can not allow the buggy whip industry to fail because of the dictates of dead white men.
Interesting read up to the point where …”Trump is a pathological Liar” and my reading ground to a halt. Was just curious how far I would have to read.
As far as Bernie, well, he just doesn’t get it. Commies never do.
“Commies never do.”
Until they’re purged. Flipside is that they do the purging and then they live in fear until what goes around comes around, to them.
Bernie is a commie and “journalism” as it exists today should suit him just fine. They support the communist viewpoint so Bernie should be happy.
Save journalism? But journalism is thriving with the likes of Alex Jones. Before YouTube, Twitter, Facebook etc. banned him and endless others, his views would be in the tens of millions, much more than CNN, MSNBC etc. He has been banned, not because of his views which are truly rather innocuous but because he was destroying them. Anti-trust action should be advanced based on capitalists unduly enriching themselves, not on free speech. It’s always about the money. If you are wondering whether billionaire capitals are stealing money or making political points, the answer is always, they are stealing.
So, are we talking about saving journalism in a shoe box to like bury in the garden? Or are we talking about the evangelical kind of saved? It really is a moot point. “Journalism is dead, Jim.” Apologies to Star Treck.
Bernie Sanders may take lessons, but I am sure he stopped learning anything long ago.
