When The FBI Does It, That Means That It’s Not Illegal

They were desperate to get something. Mueller’s victims speak;

Although they interacted with Mueller’s team at different times and in different places, the witnesses and targets often echoed each other. Almost all decried what they called Mueller’s “scorched earth” methods that affected their physical, mental and financial health. Most said they were forced to retain high-priced Washington lawyers to protect them from falling into “perjury traps” for alleged lying, which became the special counsel’s charge of last resort. In the end, Mueller convicted four Trump associates for this so-called process crime, and investigated an additional five individuals for allegedly making false statements – including former Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Some subjects of investigation said Mueller’s agents and prosecutors tried to pressure them into admitting things to give the appearance of collusion. They demanded to know if they had spoken to anyone with a “Russian accent.” They threatened to jail them “for life” and to drag their wives or girlfriends into the investigation. […]

His witness list, which grew to more than 500, targeted conservative journalists and authors, conservative think tank analysts and Republican congressional staffers. Witnesses were compelled to comply with more than 2,800 grand jury subpoenas and nearly 500 search-and-seizure warrants. Casting an even wider net, Mueller also issued 230 orders for communications records and almost 50 orders authorizing use of “pen registers” – devices that record dialed numbers — to collect phone records on individuals, most of whom turned out to be innocent.

But, the 10 witnesses swept up in the inquiry say those facts and figures, as well as the final determination that there was no conspiracy or collusion with the Russians, do not begin to account for the human toll of the Mueller probe.

And still he failed.

    1. I know one. I met him decades ago at our gun club when I was having difficulty making CFC obey the law. He is now near a decade past retirement but continues to specialize in family law because many of his clients could not afford a lawyer were it not for him. His compassion for children ensnared by child services would break your heart if you heard the stories.
I was years without meaningful employment due to a back injury. Though he continued to provide me the same services, he never sent a bill during my insolvency. I am privileged to call him my friend. Now my backup lawyer has retired and I am looking for a replacement, I find I have been spoiled. Is a lawyer of questionable integrity better than no lawyer if my friend dies in harness?
      God bless him.

  1. As Mark Steyn has said, “the process is the punishment”. And being conservative is the crime.

    1. Exactly right. The crime was supporting Trump in any way shape or form. The process they have been subjected to was straight from Kafka.

    2. The fact that our Deep State has been so politicized to demonize every conservative in the country is both saddening and shocking. This simply has to be fixed. And the ONLY way to fix it is TRUMP 2020.

      1. What has happened to Bill Barr’s investigation? I am disappointed that Trump has not been going after the corruption more vigorously.

        1. True. Barr’s investigation has been painfully slow, as has the IG report. One has to wonder,my It has been a lot of hype turning into a letdown………..or………….
Barr and team are being slow, deliberate, and painful thorough, aiming to drop their bombs, charges and indictments sometime mid to late 2019, in the middle election of the campaign, destroying the Demarxists, and showing how corrupt their team is, including Obongo.
Time will tell. There’s too much evidence of wrongdoing for this to just fade away with a whimper. I do not see TRUMP letting this fade away without getting no even.

          1. You only get ONE chance to drain a HUGE swamp.
The procedure must be flawless. Time is irrelvent.

          2. Nothing of consequence will result from the Republican investigations. Data not already destroyed is being destroyed even as I type.

  2. The FBI has no good guys, they are trained to be A-holes…Lawyers are allowed to practice like Organized Crime gangsters without a conscience, colluding with each other to jail a defendant….Judges need Money Too

Mueller & the Courts used Solitary Confinement to mentally break down Suspects… IRS & Bank crimes seldom result in mental Torture methods….

When AG Barr finishes his investigation I hope Mueller & Comey are both indicted & enjoy the process they have used on others…Solitary Confinement for Brennan..Going to be a lot of Assets spent on defense & the Country needs closure

BTW: When Jerry Nadler is seen floating down the East River with 10 feet of Air hose hanging out of his butt, you will know he has missed his last Bus….

  4. Why didn’t Muellr interview Julian Assange, the man who would know the truth?

That alone demonstrates the fraudulent nature of his inquisition.

  5. Groper is setting up a similar strategy for the next election. Scheer will be under constant investigation for collusion with any number of boogy men.

    1. Not at all. McCarthy believed he was on the side of truth justice and the American way. Surely you don’t think that of the Clinton cabal do you?
