In 2017 George Papadopoulos and his wife Simona were approached in Greece by a known CIA/FBI operative, Charles Tawil. Mr. Tawil enlisted George as a business consultant, under the auspices of energy development interests, and invited him to Israel.
 
On June 8th, 2017, in Israel under very suspicious circumstances, where Papadopoulos felt very unnerved, Mr. Tawil hands him $10,000 in cash for future consultancy based on a $10k/month retainer.

Luckily, Papadopoulos had a keen sense of smell.

  1. Well, pretty simple then. If anyone, at any time or place, up and hands you a brown paper bag full of cash:
    pretend like you just won the lottery (ie. act happy)
    start recording every conversation
    get on the phone with your lawyer
    get the cash out of your hands as quickly as possible

    Papadopolous should have contracted an Israeli lawyer instead of waiting to get to Greece. Other than that, he played it pretty well. He spotted, very quickly, a plan that was obviously hatched by people who worshipped money, and could not conceive of people who did not. That is why they had no “plan B”.

    They assumed “plan A” could not fail.

    1. Incidentally, this points out a major weakness. The only motivation they can think of, for any act, is money. That can definitely be used against them. It means every action they initiate likely starts with a false premise.

      1. Correction. They also use SEX … but knew Papadopoulos already had a HOT wife. So they gave him an ILLEGAL amount of CASH. Just enough $ to make it illegal to carry into the US.

        The other thing this points out is that conservatives *tend* to have a moral compass that prevents them from obtaining money illegally, and generally behaving like scumbags. The FBI/DOJ are constructing their entrapment schemes as though they were scamming their leftist compatriots. How disappointing for them.

          3. I believe its provenance must also be proven, lest it be seized as proceeds of crime (by default–reversal of the burden of proof). I think Canada has the same rules in place.

    With every shrill declaration of contempt and treason you can be sure the cases against them are getting stronger.
    This subpoena of Donald Jr, testimony for which he had already volunteered is the tip of a vast iceberg of desperate subterfuge.
    How long do they think they can fool the public, even with the media minions in tow (for now) with this dog and pony show?
    Somehow survive to November. Hmm, what an appealing campaign slogan. This all in hatred of Donald Trump is their doom.
    But it does serve and powerful insight into what the world elitists do truly have in mind for their inferiors who work for a living.
    The somewheres versus the anywheres, as a smart fellow who was shouted down one election termed them.

  3. For those not following American politics this incident has been known for some time. Perhaps it is now becoming more apparent that the MSM are finally realizing that they have been backing a dead horse for the last two years. Now they are trying to get the race restarted, but it would appear that it is too late by far. They have been instrumental in assisting the Democratic Party and some RINOs in trying to vilify Trump. Now as the rise in populism, which Trump could be ascribed as the messenger, advances across western society the media are going to try and correct their past mistake. I hope it is too late. They had abdicated their position of reporting the news to instead spread propaganda and misinformation. The public are the poorer for that action and the public are now fighting back.

    1. Some of the public. Of all the people I talk to at work, there is only one, a guy born and raised and university educated in India, he is the only one who even listens when I mention hate hoaxes, and says that happened in India too.

      The other Indian guy at work I regularly talk to has enough hair for an epic pompadour, but I have so far been unable to convince him…

  5. Obama top lawyer very nervous about the soon to be released IG Report. This will be followed by the FISA Court publications. This all could end in Civil War. Obama and Hillary will unleash the Resistance. This could be a very hot summer in the USA. If Obama does go down and he goes to jail, which I doubt because a US President has never been put in jail. But he could end up on his Island of Elba. Exiled within the USA surrounded by Secret Service and Isolated and Disgraced. Of course he could be rubbed out by his Globalist Deep State Overseers, who do not want to be exposed.

    1. Obama could go to Canada and live like a king doing the high fee rubber chicken circuit as Canadians were conditioned by their media to unconditionally adore him. He could likely live off the rich idiots in Calgary alone.

    No where is this more obvious than in the continuing saga of US politics and intrigue. Given that the players are all seemingly not very bright one wonders who is the production manager. Mueller and company are so utterly crooked that should they die they will not need to dig graves. Just stand them up and give them a good spin and they will corkscrew their own way 6 feet under. That being said who are the main protagonists and antagonists? Questioning minds want to know.

    1. Many folks are conditioned to the words Tin Foil, Conspiracy, Fake News etc. The quality of news sources today is worse than the National Enquirer.
      But when there is enough dots to connect and you use logic and turn off the conditioned response, which I call Normalcy Bias and think for yourself. The Globalist Deep State Emerges.
      Behind this Globalist Deep State are a few who pull the strings. You now have National Layers of the Deep State, Global Layers, then those who make it all dance.
      A few families in the EU, UK and N.A.
      A disturbance in the force has occurred tho, with the emergence of the alliance between Russia and China brought about by idiots like HW BUSH, Clinton, Shrub and Obama.
      As the Belt and Road project emerges over the next several years and the balance of power shifts. Which is what is happening right now, one of the reason’s I am sure why the Brits want out of the EU mess.
      Much is going to happen. The dollar trap ensnares them all at present.
