Doing so has been ruled to constitute “family violence” because Maxine identifies as a boy. According to a separate protection order, police may immediately arrest Clark if they suspect he violated this Orwellian order.

Years ago, I saw a documentary about a petite married white woman who was raped on her way home from work by a large black man. Her husband understood that she had been helpless in this case due to the fact that she had been overpowered by the rapist’s size. The husband felt guilty for not driving her home.

I have long questioned the long term use of hormones. When a menopausal woman wants estrogen, we are told that it can only be used short term, as there are obvious concerns with long term use. And yet, we have no problem handing those same things to young kids and telling them to take them for the rest of their lives. What? How did we get over the side affects? Are we sacrificing our children to cancer in the meantime? Why isn’t this being discussed?
As an aside, I could not get over seeing the young Jazz on TV who is MTF. When it came time for bottom surgery (at the tender age of 17!), the surgeon examined the child and determined that due to puberty blocking drugs, there was not enough “material” to construct a vagina, as the child was requesting. The doctor then suggested that there was another surgeon who transplants part of the colon to fashion the requisite parts. Excitedly, the child responded, “Will it look the same?”, to which the surgeon responded, “Wellllll….there is a different odor…….” The mother lost her cool and started defending the use of puberty blockers at that point. I have no idea how the surgery turned out, but that moment made me realize they all have no idea what they are creating.
It appears the judge referred to “him” as “Maxine”. Heavens! The judge has just committed a violation of her own order. This ruling should be grounds for tossing the judge off the bench. Am I now in contempt of court? So be it, this judge is worthy of contempt.

Yup, I have no skills regarding the building trades, no skills as a carpenter for sure. But I am a chemical engineer and metric is much more convenient to use in my job. But I am versed in the English system both having been schooled in the late 50 and 60’s. Comfortable in both and often convert to the English system by force of habit.
Many years ago,I had a lengthy discussion with someone who claimed he had some imput into whether Canada should go Metric. He insisted metric measurement was more precise. He insisted that the whole world would go that way in the future. I argued that that would only happen if the Americans agreed to go that way, due to the very scale of their economy.
I insisted that this would be a nightmare for cooks. The many recipes and tools for measurement would have to possibly be converted. The food suppliers would have to change their quantities and packaging. I insisted that I was not converting even if I had to shop in the USA, if they stayed put. Many people were delighted to learn that the Americans weren’t converting.
Years later, I read about the difficulties Julia Child had, in an effort to convert the many French recipes that she translated into English for her famous Cookbooks. Her test kitchen had many failures but she and her husband ate the failed experiments anyway.
We may put up with the Metric system but it doesn’t mean we like it. And well yes, it is more precise.
The judge who made this order suffers from a psychiatric disorder which doesn’t allow him to interpret reality correctly and should be involuntarily certified under the Mental Health Act and all recent judicial decisions made by him reviewed to ascertain if they were made while he was of sound mind. The “boy” also suffers from a psychiatric disorder and requires treatment. Certification of the judge can be performed by a physician but would require a psychiatrist to extend the certification order beyond 24 hours.
One thing I’ve noticed about physicians who are eager to get involved in this area of “gender dysphoria” is that they’re barely comptetent at medicine and getting into a new area where one basically makes up stuff as one goes along may be a way to deal with their feelings of inferiority from not being able to comprehend basic physiology and embryology. We’re still constrained by biologic reality and wishing that it was different has no effect unless one is smart enough to tinker with ones genetic code (of course that brings a whole new set of problems given that we know only a tiny fraction of what happens in development or how one little change affects systems that one wouldn’t think would have any dependence on the change).
I’ve had to tell “males” that they have metastactic ovarian cancer as just because they view themselves as “male” doesn’t mean that their original anatomy isn’t going to malfunction in ways that it can when people get older. Whenever I hear of such imbecilic events, I open up MacKay’s “Extraordinary popular delusions and the madness of crowds” at a random spot to console myself with another event from history showing that dysfunctional group activities of homo sapiens are still with us and that this species still exhibits a dysfunctional emergent property which it can’t seem to eliminate.
