  5. The word “tropes” (“A figure of speech using words in nonliteral ways, such as a metaphor”) sounds so much more high-minded than “slurs.” It was simply a literary exercise that got a bit out of hand.

    Awkward timing in light of the person who just “did some things” near San Diego but the NYT will get a pass on that – in fact, it probably won’t even be referenced.

  6. A couple hundred Christians were slaughtered over Easter weekend after a campaign of church arson. 26 Christians were slaughtered in a church in Sunderland Texas a year and a half ago, including a baby. They shall not be forgotten.

  7. There’s hate expressed against Christians everyday in newspapers, Universities and pop culture. This hate needs to stop before more Christians are killed.

          I am 76 years old … I fall into that ‘the spirit of our grandfathers who understood the nature of the world far better than we do‘ category, whereby I retain that understanding of how one must effectively deal with one’s mortal enemies now that we are past the debate stages and no one is talking.

          Sometimes shit must get harsh. Current generations are soft and may not have the stuff to do what it takes. That is usually a job for rough, tough white men who may be uninterested in helping a bunch of ingrates who are going along with the hate-white-men horse shit .

    I’m not sure I understand your thinking here. Our grandfathers fought as many wars as we do. Once they realized educating and reasoning wasn’t working they resorted to the only thing the enemy understood – War.

    Christians are largely killed in the name of god. Not the Christian god but a god nevertheless. Do you think you are going to educate and inform by telling those that kill Christians in the name of god that their god is a false god? We’ve been trying that for centuries and we’re now back fighting the crusades.

    2. No. Inform Christians and Europeans that they have a history and culture that deserves to be preserved and that they are currently being physically removed and displaced in their own lands. A process that can easily be reversed through political and democratic means. Also, that committing suicide will not bring peace to earth. Only recognition of self determination and the rule of law can do that.
      1) recognize and accept distinctions between peoples
      2) respect national boundaries and the right to self interest
      3) revert back to conservative, Christian based culture that focuses on the well being of individual families and not individuals.
