Yes, it was campaign humor meant to belittle Clinton but, in a much bigger way, it was a shot at the elite media for their complete lack of interest in the whole Hillary deleting of emails scandal. We remember how ALL she had to say was the emails were about Chelsea’s wedding and yoga and that was enough for her adoring media.

Not sure how you’re system works but from my own experience if a prosecutor wants an indictment to move on to a grand jury he’ll grasp even the slightest most trivial evidence. Pump it up to gargantuan levels. Then throw it to the grand jury and hope they agree. So if Mueller had ANYTHING we would see it being referred for adjudication by a grand jury.
What has been accomplished has been a lower than expected (remember it’s D.C. we’re talking about) number of minor infractions brought to light with at least one man (Flynn) being left in limbo for probably miss speaking during an interview. Another who stood his ground and apparently is no longer a target. A couple of others found doing the same crap that’s common for all the elected, non-elected, and private citizen parasites that live in that region…etc…etc…etc….
