President Trump appears to have undertaken a revolution in Middle Eastern diplomacy. Reportedly, the United States will eliminate refugee status for the descendants of Palestinian refugees of 1948, the only group of people anywhere in the world to inherit refugee status. The U.S. also reportedly will eliminate funding for UNRWA, the only UN agency dedicated to a single group of refugees, namely the Palestinian Arabs.

    I was skimming through the networks and saw passing clips of the funeral. What I can say after doing a quick overview of the NewYorker article is that if that was the “resistance” it should leave no doubt that it and the establishment are one and the same and McCain’s planning of his funeral provided a visual of who the “resistance” is. Instead of sticking it to Trump, they showed the world how they where.
    In an odd juxtaposition, the never Trump crowd and the never Israel crowd seem to have a similar problem.
    They lost and they need to get over it.

  2. I hope that John McCain’s funeral is also the funeral for the Washington DC professional uniparty and deep state resistance. Everybody that used to be anybody was there, and their joyful camaraderie was evident. I was more than amazed at the requested absence of certain people though.

    After the bitterly fought 2000 GOP Primary and 2008 Election, I guess all the hate and acrimony were just for show, the uniparty differences really didn’t matter, and the more important fight continues against us deplorable outsiders and our leaders PDT and Sarah Palin, and their allies like Ted Cruz and Rand Paul.

    Who started this rumor? Can anyone verify this? I have seen it nowhere else. It is something that should be done ….. but will it be? It gives me the vapors just thinking it might happen.

This report appears to have originated in the Washington Post if you follow the link to The Times of Israel and its articles’ second paragraph, “The Washington Post added that the decision also included a previously reported plan to remove the refugee status from millions of Palestinians around the world — recognizing only several hundred thousand instead of the five million claimed by Palestinians.”.

      Could be more fake news or a deliberate leak. Who knows these days. It would be great if it was true.

  6. I try and see both sides the Israeli & Palestinian debate and whatever else is going in the mid-east wrt Israel. That said, Syria is no grass roots rebellion. It’s a proxy war. That war was instigated by France and Britain and the US Neo-cons happily jumped on board. 7 countries in 7 years. We’ve seen the photos of McCain and the terrorists.

    Turkey has its agenda. Iran theirs. And Russia stepped in cuz they have their interests to protect. At this point I look for Russia/Putin and the USA/Trump to contain this and come up with a security arrangement that works for the countries involved including Israel.

    Neo-cons went over to the Clinton Dems and cheered on by the globalist press have set out to derail Trump. They would lead us to a mutual nuclear annihilation. Those kids at the Mexican border would be fried. That HRC had a front hole was enough for the other rabid front holers to vote for nuclear annihilation.

    Re. Palestinians, cuz the sovereignty of western nations is being undermined by the globalist institutions, i feel we should pull back from supporting those institutions. Let the chips fall where they may.

    1. I went to your Statscan table and compared Q2 2017 to Q2 2018 and got 2.6 % GDP. I don’t see anything close to 4.25%. Please show your calculations.

        In May of this year, I saw a report that had calculatd 1.3% Annualized for the first quarter of 2018…has it risen.?

        Somehow I seriously doubt that.

Well, I just went to the bottom of the page where it says Final Domestic Demand at 1,883 for Q2 18 and then 1,852 for Q2 2017 took the difference over the 2017 number to get a percent (numbers here might be a bit off cuz its just from memory from looking at it and plugging into the calculator). But yeah, even that was higher than I thought. I immediately concluded that the government is lying to us again.

        How about projections for the next quarter or this fiscal year, where Canadian growth will lag the US by 50%?

    Again, I don’t believe statscan raw material data sources are accurate or representative of real growth. Would not be surprised if statscan is in cahoots with bad actors.
