   Steven Harper and Brad Wall increased the sizes of the federal and provincial legislatures — that’s more parasitism i.e. socialism.

5. How much further left will (American) leftists go?
   When people fail, they generally either move on to something else to entertain themselves, or they try harder.

   I can see those hardcore leftists / statists not wanting to give up on their dream, they’re not going to move on from politics and take up photography or woodworking. So they shout louder, they write more letters to the editor, they attempt to manipulate the vote by gaining new non legal voters, they move further away from freedom and liberty, to gain what they see as theirs, and become (more) hardened zealots to their cause, ignoring climbing employment numbers while promoting gov’t as the answer to the non existent problem of current unemployment.

6. I do not know how far left they will go. that will depend on the American people. It does appear that they do want to overthrow the liberal democracy in the US and replace it will a Venezuelan style government.
