This is Portland State University, perhaps this was like an episode of another wacky comedy, named ” Portlandia” with Fred Armison of SNL fame. All kidding aside, this panel discussion featured people with gigantic egos, but essentially the discussion was disjointed and all over the place at times. The questions were even worse. This is the social science department not the engineering department, so whatever. Ok, I get it.
Nevertheless where was the respect for the panel from the students? There and not there, at times. Poor Professors, they do get abused from their ‘client’ students!
Most importantly, that drama queen who walked out and decided to damage some of the University’s chattel property, should be charged with vandalism and pay damages. Who does she think she is? She needs drugs for her explosive temper disorder. She’s not schizophrenic more than some young adults though.

I recall shaking my head and rolling my eyes over that one, but as an non-expert I let it pass. My point is that academics often state the blithering obvious, couched in overly academic terms.
