  1. who was the semi driver who hit broncos bus ??? maybe Friday afternoon of may long the charge will be announced

    1. I doubt it. The technical investigation of a motor vehicle accident can take months. No matter how important, once they have the everything they can get from the scene and release it, that investigation is subject to delay whenever a new one is started because they have to shelve it and go to the next one that happens, then come back to the analysis. And this one is probably going to require more complicated analysis than a typical collision between two light vehicles.

  2. The Ontario election has started and CBC is “encouraging” participation in its Vote Compass.

I haven’t checked yet but I’m guessing it’s another poll that could use some help.

Yup. Once again, Donald Trump is on his own.

(Actually not quite in this case. He’s got Israel onside and he’s got Saudi Arabia onside– and for my money these are by far the most important allies he needs to win over in this particular game.)”

Trudeau is set to apologize for the S.S.St.Louis debacle, that I believe happened under Harper’s regime. Must have ,as the LPC recently voted Our Mac “The Greatest Prime Minister in Canadian History”, so it musta been that damned Harper.
I’d write the speech for Trudeau myself, but I’m not sure how to spell “uh” or “umh”. They never taught us those words when I was in school, so I’m a victim of the racist Canadian education system.

    1. I wonder if he will cry.

Excuse me for being cynical but I see this as just a way for the Sock Boy to justify the illegal border crossings in Quebec.

      1. I think it is just another apology for which he gets brownie points. It also gives him something to do. He can read up on the SS St. Louis.

  7. 5 eyes Surveillance
“The “Five Eyes” (FVEY) refers to an alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. These countries are bound by the multilateral UKUSA Agreement for joint cooperation in signals intelligence, military intelligence, and human intelligence.”

Alexander Downer Australian connection mentioned here earlier. (George Poppalapodous)
US intelligence spied on POTUS Trump.
Hillary is New Zealand this week hmmm

Link to British intelligence long read but so convoluted https://mobile.twitter.com/JohnWHuber/status/994010715609550848

What was Canada’s role? Trudeau visits Obama March 9, 2016 the start of the bromance. FISA warrant on trump tower and campaign kicks off October 2016.
    This from wiki

On November 18, 2016, U.S. Senator John McCain, who had been informed about the alleged links between the Kremlin and Trump, met with former British ambassador to Moscow Sir Andrew Wood at the Halifax International Security Forum in Canada. Wood told McCain about the existence of the collected materials about Trump,[41] and also vouched for Steele’s professionalism and integrity.[42]

Canada, always supplying the logistical support, that’s our heavy lifting forte. Do you think CSIS captured and shared any metadata during the Halifax convention? If the US has Prism (NSA) wouldn’t the other 4 eyes have prism capability as well? Doesn’t being a member of 5 eyes compel the 4 other countries to use the same surveillance technology that the US has at its disposal? Oh yeah we do https://www.rt.com/news/330530-canada-halts-intelligence-sharing-nsa/

What else did we share? Heh. Remember, Hillary was going to become President, Trump never had a chance.

Whenever I see Trudeau next to Trump or discussing Trump I see a submissive individual. Pwned as the saying goes.

(A warcraft map designer misspelled “owned” and thus people started using ” pwned” instead. Pwned” is commonly used as a gloating expression of dominance, control, or victory. If you’ve gotten pwned, you’ve been exposed as weaker than your opponent. Used as a noun, “pwnage” is the experience of being (or causing someone to be) pwned.)

Would love to see this question asked during question period.
“Mr. Speaker, is the Canadian government aware of any of its associations within the intelligence, security and revenue collection branches, sharing any Canadian captured data or intelligence of or about the person/entity Donald Trump, his family and associates , his businesses and associates, and his campaign and associates during the time period March 1st, 2016 to present?”

“Corbella: Suzuki told me to ‘F-off’, but his hypocrisy gives the finger to his message”

“I have several interesting personal anecdotes about my run-ins with Suzuki, but one stands out.

Way back when I was a young reporter at The Province newspaper in Vancouver — some 30 years ago now — I was assigned to cover an event held in the Stein Valley of B.C.’s Coast Mountains, designed to garner attention and prevent the logging of the pristine alpine wilderness.

I interviewed organizers, members of the public who were camping out at the multi-day festival, as well as country superstar John Denver and the zany Long John Baldry, among others. All were welcoming, gracious, kind and giving of their time.

I approached Suzuki, who was sitting alone in the stands. When I asked him if he’d be willing to speak with me, he snapped: “Not now!”

Silly me, but I took that to mean, “come back later.” So, a little later, …”
