    After the Ontario election I wouldn’t be suprised to see Wynne follow McGuinty to a high paid academic career. Selling out the working class to progressive special interest organizations and future taxpayers to crushing debt obligations is lucrative both financially and professionally.

    The USA resource industry is making a fortune off the toil of prairie province oil producers. The US take WCS at rock bottom prices and then sell it at world prices for a huge profit because Canadians can’t get it to Canadian ports. Basically we are giving cheap oil away to US companies. Yep, green enviros in Canada are enriching US fossil fuel companies. I wonder how much they (progressive socialists) make for selling out their Canadian unionized brothers and sisters to US corporations.

    1. When I talk about business class environmentalists, these are who I’m talking about. They are really only interested in the amount of money they can personally amass by pretending to give a shit about the environment and they don’t care how many workers and taxpayers they crush along the way. This includes the LPC, NDP, many progressive conservatives, the eco-fiscal commission and various other academic and executive groups, wind and solar companies, and the leadership of almost all big environmental organizations.

    So lets all hold hands and stall out attempts within Canada to compete against the Americans with oil of our own. Because deep deep down we all want America to become great again even if that makes Canada more and more a pathetic basket case and many slightly hypocritical enviros, aboriginal leaders and progressive-minded gov’t types well paid off.

    1. Trump was not supposed to have been elected, the game was rigged, just not enough. Obama did enormous damage, hitlary together with the ngos and enviros wacks and pipeline protestors would ‘peacefully’ shut it all down. The left is still hoping to impeach him after november, then whomever replaces him will shut down the US oil production.
      Canada is still following the script, trudeau will kill the oil sands because the left wants them dead. Not because of anything to do with canada (however, the libtards will still make money off it somehow) but to deny the energy from going to the states.

      That is the end game, to kill the US economy (and military) by restricting/killing supply & driving energy prices sky high with money going to enemies of the US.

  20. Let’s face it–what Spuddo and Buttsy are telling Alberta is to imagine a boot stamping on its face forever. They are typical easterners who see Wild Rose Country as a renegade province that never should have been admitted and never should have had equal status in Confederation with the original founding regions.

    This whole dispute has absolutely nothing to do with environmental concerns but everything with the assertion of who’s in charge.
