  2. Twelve months ago, Trump was going to be impeached tomorrow. Remember?
    No one (especially me) understood why he wasn’t fighting back and firing the deep state quislings en masse. He just seemed to take it, and let the Democrats and MSM scream collusion. Looking back, if he did purge the deep state apparatchiks, three quarters of the country would not have understood why. He played rope-a-dope for a year. He let the Democrats beclown themselves, and demonstrate their corrupt and near treasonous behavior. (Next Wednesday we get the Fake News Awards Show!)
    Now there is proof that the FBI Leadership was corrupt. Proof Hillary was let off. Proof that Candidate Trump was wiretapped by President Obama and spied on by Hillary and the leadership of the Obama Democrat Administration.
    The next year is going to be ugly. For Democrats.

  5. Wow, I am impressed that there are still good guys like Admiral Mike Rogers left within Government. I sure hope they succeed in taking down that entire Obama/Clinton machine. Love to see Barry ridiculed at least, him & Hillary in jail would be my preference. What an opportunity to clean out the swamp.

  6. What gets me is how is this not treason/sedition? Conduct and organization to overthrow, by fraudulent means, a duly and properly elected President seems like a textbook example.
    If Trump gets the pedos and the deep state to go down in flames, they’ll require an entire mountain for his Rushmore bust.

    There are enough honest people in the US that this story is bound to come out. A challenge is that it is a messy story with many players and deliberate attempts to obscure what went on — hard to simplify for public consumption, though Trumps tweet about being spied upon by the former administration gets at the essence.

    If they’d been illegally collected, he’d never have seen them.
    And they certainly wouldn’t have been kept in a SCIF where they’d have been accessible to him.
    Now, you can have the discussion whether FISA collection should be terminated or not, but that doesn’t make it illegal.

  16. Until there is a massive execution of actual traitors, and jailing of many more, I deem this yet another nothing burger.
    Unless and until there is actual punishment meted out, in proportion to the crimes; there is nothing to see. When the hangman’s noose tightens around the neck of the first one, then and only then will the swamp actually be draining.
    If all they do is hand out fines, then nothing will ever change.

  17. THIS IS the biggest political scandal in the history of the United States. It’s so big and cumbersome that it’s hard to even come up with a “tag name” for the scandal!
    Everyone of us has to help expose this story. When this story finally breaks in the media we have to keep it going, even when the MSM wants to push it aside.
    I wonder now, whether Obama et al, used this same surveillance tactic in the Presidential campaign of 2012 against Romney.

    I hope this absolutely destroys Obama. It would be filled with kicking and screaming, but I believe the MSM would eventually drag even Obama under the bus to protect THE GREAT GLOBALIST NARRATIVE.

  19. It is not a “nothing burger”. It is clear evidence of corruption in the Obama administration. If they are not prosecuted and duly punished, it is an even bigger issue! That would indicate that corruption is entrenched and the US public has given up. If citizens are not clamoring for their heads, it is because they do not know about the issue (deliberate burying of the story by MSM) or they feel these people are so powerful they can do nothing about it. That would be a sad outcome, but a “nothing burger” it is not!

  22. Obama used the IRS to attack Republicans or anyone who criticized the Demos. Why would anyone have any problem believing he and Clinton would not use the ‘house’ intelligence crew to maintain their control.
    IMHO there were forces in the USA other than Russian efforts that leaked out enough facts about Clinton to hurt her election. Most Americans are fundamentally truthful and see value in protecting their society. A Clinton POTUS would have been a bigger national security issue than anything Trump could do.

  23. I want to post something smarmy and sarcastic … but I am actually, physically sick to my stomach, and cannot generate ANY humor over this topic. It is SICK … that one of our 2 political parties (and perhaps both … looking at Ryan and McConnell among the gang of 8 overseers of our Intelligence Agencies) could commit internal espionage to erase the votes of HALF the American citizens. If this isn’t an attempted coup … then I don’t know what is! I say, with no hyperbole or sarcasm, that the perpetrators of this coup should HANG from the gallows (or firing squad – their choice). If there has EVER been a time and purpose for hanging a dead coyote carcass(es) on the fence for all to see … this is it. Just follow the LAW on the prescribed punishment … “it’s out of the hands of either political party”.
    And once again I thank GOD … for delivering us from the EVIL SHE would have continued to perpetuate. Watergate? Puhleeze! No wonder Hollywood resurrected that nonsense in The Post. ObamaGate is about to eclipse that silly burglary. The Manchurian Candidate ALMOST succeeded.

  27. Kenji, I too am physically sickened by what is transpiring in America, however ‘Gallows Humour’ helps me get through the day. I believed at one point that Obama was trying to cause a national emergency with his race baiting and policing policies in order to suspend the Constitution. I couldn’t have been more wrong and I had no idea that this type of skulduggery could be committed in America on this scale. The last time there was this much corruption in politics and the press was in Germany in the 1930’s. I have mentioned here before in other posts that I believe Democrats and Liberals are nothing more than NAZIs in clown suits instead of Brown shirts, I stand corrected in America today they come in three piece business suits and Pants suits!!!!

    When George W was president there were many on the left of the American political spectrum who claimed he was going to somehow suspend the Constitution at any moment on the pretext of some sort of national emergency.
    Once Obama was president, it was now the turn of many on the right to claim he was going to suspend the Constitution.
    And yet, after each served their two terms, they’re both gone, as required by… the US Constitution.

  29. JJM- You will never go too far wrong by supposing that the left is planning to do exactly what they accuse the right of trying to do. Here’s an interesting tidbit of news that’s worth digesting over a sip of whiskey. It has been ascertained that the State Dept. emails on Anthony Weiner’s laptop were placed there directly from the hard drive of a State Dept. Blackberry device, and backed up by Huma herself, contrary to her testimony to the FBI. Today, it was announced that, the currently incarcerated, Weiner and Abedin have mutually agreed to halt their divorce proceedings. It should be noted that this move would prevent Weiner from being compelled to give any testimony against Abedin.
    Curious times.

  30. Bill, thanks for watching my back but I generally don’t play the trolls game. It is in most instances a waste of time. I’d have to research the number of massive riots that occurred under G.W.’s presidency and then compare it to the number of massive riots that occurred under Obama’s presidency. Then I’d have to compare the number of cops shot and ambushed under G.W.’s and the number under O’s. Not really worth my time, is it?
