In 2012, when we were in Norway, Sweden, and Finland, the people that guided us expressed great fears as to where this was going. It seems the people have nothing to say anymore, so I applaud the countries listed in the article.
Ken, I’m heartened to hear that you found people in Scandinavia who are aware enough to fear what is happening. I have close Swedish friends living in Canada who return to their small villages every year who are not only oblivious to what is going on but are supportive, in principle, to what is happening. They spend very little time in Stockholm and other cities to see what a “no-go-zone” looks like or know someone who has been directly affected by crime.
The Poles have always been sensible people, sometimes passionate and rash in their behaviour, but most often right thinking. Their suffering before the war, through the war and under communism have taught them lessons we have yet to learn.
Maybe the three Sensible Nations left in Europe should approach Moscow and examine the possibility of some type of pact to keep them safe from EU punishment for not agreeing to destroy their Countries via Muslim invasion.
Maybe they could call it….oh lemme see now…………how about The Warsaw Pact?
