32. Potentially interesting experiment: file papers every day with some government office to change your gender identity every day. When they have you charged with mischief – like they did to the guy what tried to register a glue gun as a restricted firearm – counter with the question “how long does someone have to identify as a particular gender for it to be considered legally bonding?” Put the government in the position of having to codify that. Show up in court dressed with a traditional male suit and facial hair but identify as female. Again, put the government in the position of having to codify in law how someone who identifies as a particilar gender has to appear and behave. Every time anyone in government addresses you, change your identity and file a complaint when they misidentify you.
    In short: get in their faces. Punch back twice as hard. Show up at their baseball practices and… no, wait. Forget that last one.

    Apparently something like that already happened in the U. K. many years ago. A man had been charged with drunk driving and was ready for a day in court. However, in between time, he had “crossed over” and showed up as such.
    If I remember correctly, “she” was let off the hook because “she” had been charged as a man, or was drunk because of the stress about the “uncertainty” or some such thing.
    I heard about it on the old CBC Morningside when Don Harron was the host and the whole thing was rightly lampooned.
