Those who try to police the relentlessly transformational projects of constitutional progressives had much to dread from the Obama administration, an inveterate ally of the legal left that did what it could to graft the aspirations of progressives onto the Constitution. But Trump’s presidency may be even worse, because too many judges now feel called to “resist” Trump and all his works–no matter the cost to the law’s authority and to the integrity of the judicial role.
Fake Law was always the path to replace the Constitution. Roe v. Wade established choice over life. It wasn’t a stroke of good fortune for progressives but an early part of the plan to replace facts with feelings. Now Christian bakers can face ultra-punitive business closing fines for merely not baking a cake for a couple of lesbians playing house. A woman can be thrown in jail for not issuing a wedding license because her faith defines marriage as being between a man and a woman. A judge can use feelings to convict the President of cultural & religious hatred while ignoring the very real threat of America hating terrorists trying their best to come in and harm citizens. It’s not about equal justice for all. Some groups are simply more equal than others – even in the land of Lady Liberty.
Interesting that just about everything Harper did was unconstitutional but nothing Turdeau does is such. The only difference being the political party to which they belonged.
Sharia Law will one day come to Canada without a word in the Constitution changing. What is there will simply be appropriately interpreted.

Impeachment. That is how you properly deal with judges under the US Constitution. The fact that Congress won’t do it, has never tried it, has never talked about it… should tell you all you need to know.
