Yepper bartinsky; but must say the Planned Low-Information Voter really started early with The First Bureaucrat Federal Government of Lester B. (Mike) Pearson.
prime Minister Pearson was put into place by Prime Minister St. Laurant (spell?) out of the decades long Bureaucrat training process. (Some will say St. Laurant was the last Quebecois Prime Minister)
Anyways all Quebec post St. Laurant, were driven by the Quiet Revolution of Quebec and did not give a Damn of anything else except not being the P.M. who Lost Quebec.
